There was two nights where disruptive guests were making too much noise somewhere close to our floor or on our floor. Loud music. Partying or something. Disappointing it seemed to go on for a quite awhile. Wednesday and Thursday nights.

They allow early check in whenever the room is available compared to other hotels
Using plastic cups, fork, knife and spoon as utensils. It so cheap for a 4 star hotel. It’s not hygienic, sanitary and safe to use. Better buy low cost glasses or cheaper mugs for coffee than using plastic cups and utensils. It’s very disappointing. First time I experienced it since I have been traveling for 30 yrs. The price of their hotel is 2X to 3X higher compared to ASIA so they should give better amenities and usable products conveniently in the room.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and is walking distance to the Crypto.com arena and the convention center.
We had a street facing room that had quite a bit of noise. I thought that the food in the restaurant was only OK. The valet parking (the only overnight parking option at the hotel) was quite expensive.
