It's a beautiful and comfortable hotel. We love breakfast in the little cafe. We typically have it every morning of our stay. Staff is friendly and the setting itself is cool to be in. I enjoyed sitting by the pool this time and drinking the cucumber flavored water (and eating the gummy bears)!
We happened to still be in our room when housekeeping came to clean and unfortunately they never came back. Not a big deal! We just called and requested more towels which came immediately.

Love the convenience of the location and that everything was included in my room microwave, cutlery, small fridge.
The gym was small and dark, but understandable given the location.

Honestly was a super overpriced hotel and we were very disappointed. Put in the booking notes for a nice room in the tier we paid for and was given probably the most budget of the hotel. No complimentary water and felt like a hassle to ask staff to fill bottles. Staff offered no help or enthusiasm to help whether it was to organise transport or interest in helping us find things to do. I wanted to love this place but there is far better for the price we were charged

There was no storage space or dresser for clothes. And they failed to clean our room on day 1. For the price charged due to the World Cup, it was not worth the money.

Great location, cute rooms and lovely staff
Service and amenities are below mid. The room wasn’t clean after we came back from a whole day out, towels are all old and had holes in them, we had to ask for 3 different irons to get one thats working properly. We found a women’s top in our room that didn’t belong to any of us which the reception said “oh” to. It takes ages to get through reception or get anything delivered to the room, we asked for 4 towels they brought 2, dirty spoons have been sitting in the room for days. The TV never worked, they said “oh it happens” - zero apology or any effort to make things better. All of this add up to the experience not being great.

Couldn’t recommend more highly. Room was huge, front desk provided so many recommendations (they were absolutely lovely!!) and there was an incredibly cosy lounge space where I worked for a couple of days. Very botique but felt luxurious!
Gym is tiny - was so fine to do a workout when it was 1-2 people but if gym is important to you, then probably wrong spot!

The room size was pretty decent, with a couch section and a nice view directly to the Hollywood sign. But for that rate, I expected that.
We had a room where outside it seemed to be the central AC unit for the hallway. It shook the whole room the whole night, as if there was a subwoofer right in our bedroom. The windows shook, the images shook.. I was not getting any rest.
When we wanted to extend our stay for one night because we wanted to spend some more time in LA and didn't want to pack up all our stuff, they offered us only double the rate that we originally had. So we moved to a different hotel.

This is such a nice and creative interior boutique hotel. It’s very quant and a throwback to the 70’s. The staff was very nice!

There is an odor in the halls, think of walking into grandma’s house. But again that kind of makes it familiar.
It would be nice if they’d provide some complimentary bottles of water for the evening.
And in the morning, early, complementary coffee. Sometimes it’s the little things that make a huge differences.

My one-week stay at Palihouse West Hollywood was a wonderful experience! The hotel is in a great location, with a nice restaurant next door and several other restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated - charming and cozy. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend Palihouse West Hollywood and would definitely stay here again!
