The staff is very warmth.

I can’t get a good sleep these two nights. This hotel makes me feel very uncomfortable. The soundproofing is terrible. It’s really noise in room. I can’t sleep all night, because I can hear the noise on street clearly! There’s no still water in room. This hotel does not fit with the four star hotel condition!

Always love my stays at the Biltmore. It's a classic hotel, beautiful, and elegant. The architecture is amazing. The rooms are nice, and the hotel is fairly quiet.

I stayed for 5 nights, and on the 3rd night, there was a very loud and persistent mechanical noise. The hotel staff were great, and came immediately to confirm that there was indeed a loud mechanical hum. They thought it may have been the generator equipment from the film crew working the floor above. They asked me to wait an hour and when it didn't stop at midnight, I moved my room. This was very inconvenient but filming is likely part of this hotel's bread and butter. Also, this is an old hotel that's beautiful, but there are definitely times when I am creeped out in the hallways if I return to my room at night. It's definitely haunted. There was one stay several years ago when I am sure there was something in my room. I asked to move, and the hotel did it without question. And I still keep coming back because the staff are all wonderful, it's conveniently located for my work travel, comfortable, and beautiful. I just always make sure I stay in after dark.

I did not appreciate the toilet in the bathroom. Very dated. The remote for the tv didn’t work that well. My husband woke up the next morning with a bug bit on his arm and near his eye.

Not family friendly, staff was rude, parking cost money, WiFi cost money, for a luxury hotel it was nickel and dimey and obviously it?s really old. Smells like smoke and the doors slam in the building due to poor hinges. Parking is awful.

My conference was up at the Omni, but I wanted to escape at the end of the day.

I would have liked a heads up on the parking arrangements. The staff was fine, but the byzantine access to the parking was a bit crazy. I really liked the fact that I could park up and away from the valet.

Grand big old hotel with some stunning grand rooms, and many Hollywood movies have used the hotel for filming. On balance, probably a good location out of DTLA, Hollywood, and Beverly Hills in terms of sightseeing, things to do, and street safety (yikes, if the USA is the world's richest country, then please sort out street safety - it feels safer in many third world countries!). Nice staff. Looks like it had awesome [and stunningly beautiful] function / meeting / conference facilities - if I worked in the USA I would ask my company to host events here - the hotel should promote its history, including Hollywood connections (nb global conferences are held at Las Vegas etc).

Bedrooms are dated: single glazed sash window didn't close = horrendous intermittent noise from outside air conditioning ducting; internal air conditioning unit sounded like a jet plane taking off (as did neighbouring bedrooms!); original bathroom taps (faucets) and sink hot water was a trickle (I used the bath tap (faucet) to shave); shower pressure was poor and water spray inconsistent, and much water ended up on bathroom floor despite extra care to ensure shower curtain was correct; I had to call for bathroom towels one day as not replenished; I had to ask for regular coffee one day as only decaf available; and, lack of dining choices within the hotel. I'd recommend no more than 1 night stay, until the hotel sorts facilities (especially ensuring bedrooms are quiet (hey, we principally pay to sleep at hotels!)).

We stayed here for a family vacation for three nights in June 2024, and the experience was wonderful. The hotel has maintained its grandeur for over 100 years and guests are transported to a world which is very unlike the typical modern hotel chains. Painted ceilings, grand chandeliers, corridors with Persian style carpets - its truly an exquisite experience. I have traveled a lot all over the world, and this ranks among the best. This hotel used to host the Academy Awards (Oscars) and legends like Walt Disney and Spencer Tracy received Oscars here. More recently one of Taylor Swift's music videos, and some scenes of Oppenheimer were filmed here. The breakfast served at the hotel is exceptional in comparison with traditional hotels. I wish to especially thank Mady Romero for her courtesy and warmth, and for taking great care of me and my family at breakfast. We really felt pampered. The hotel offers very good service and the staff are very courteous. The hotel is conveniently located in LA downtown, with all the downtown attractions within walking distance. We made day trips to Hollywood by cab as well as by public transport and both take less than half an hour.

My daughter and I had bad itchiness within a couple of hours of sleeping on the bed. We had to get new bedsheets. Frontdesk staff not friendly and not courteous. Felt as if they were paying for the stay and not us. Bell team, especially Carlos was very friendly and treated us like guests. No in-room dining.

Building and art and architecture were stunning. Location was perfect, we could walk to a lot of places. Good selection of workout equipment and pool was nice.

Pretty expensive for such a small room. Food in restaurant was so-so. Gym had no staff and no cleaning supplies for wiping down the equipment. Also showers were not clean. Overall seems short staffed. When we left the one bellman was helping someone else and no one else had a key to where our luggage was being stored. Not even security! One man had his Lyft waiting 40 min just so he could get his bag. It was odd.

The windows didn't latch/shut all the way (fine because it's LA and warm), shower curtains weren't long enough and let water everywhere, the carpet was torn up in a few spots and of course the food was expensive.

We feel really the history and heritage of the hotel, and the room was big and comfortable. The location is good and the hotel has good access to many locations including Dodger stadium. The staff was very kind. I enjoyed the gym and the swimming pool.

On the second day, the tissue paper was not refilled and mineral water was not served. The access to the normal parking lot is different from that of the valet parking. On the last day, there was a concert at the park near hotel, and that was very noisy until 23:00.

The downstairs and exterior of the property was beautiful, that just didn’t match the upstairs or the rooms unfortunately.

My room was very very dated, especially the bathroom. The halls were extremely dated also. The bed was comfortable enough to be fair and the TV was good, but the decor and bathroom I really didn’t like. Also, I became ill on the second day in to my trip and was rushed to ER with a kidney stone I was in severe pain. Upon returning to the hotel a friend of mine let the staff know so they could take some tea to my room. However every tile I ordered Uber eats as there was no room service (which I think is a must at a hotel) no staff would bring to me and I had to suffer to go down and collect my food, I thought that was really bad.

Beautiful property….loved the history behind it and enjoyed looking at all the pictures of movies filmed there. The bar was open and be prepared for $70 valet.

Entry way carpet looked like it needed to be cleaned, overall I look forward to staying again.
