Great for what we needed. Liked: The location was great for us as it was close to restaurants and we were in Lyons because it was quick access to the Estes, Denver and Boulder. The room was very simple but met our needs. I enjoy being able to park right outside my room.

Liked: Property with personality, very comfortable and convenient (Well equipped). Close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Caring team. Disliked: It would have been great to have a true office and not just to do everything online. It's easier and more enjoyable like that!

Quaint place to lay your head at night but that was about it. Liked: The bed was small but comfortable. Disliked: After staying there and then going back to look at reviews, most were for the 3 bedroom home. The shower was extremely small and difficult for one small man to turn around in.

Great location! Very rustic charm. Liked: The location is perfect for attending Rocky Grass. The check in is via self and the communication is top notch. The staff responds quickly to text messages. Liked: It was a very relaxing place to stay in a cool little town. Disliked: The coffee maker needs a longer cord or a table next to an outlet. I had to make my coffee on the nightstand next to my bed.

We had an amazing time, got to explore the town and head into the Rocky Mountains easily. Liked: Location is perfect, room was beautiful and cozy. Amenities were a great surprise as well. Disliked: Heat wouldn't turn off entirely, so we had to use the AC unit a bit extra. Loved the code locked doors
