Excellent location, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere with great sized rooms and a functional pool and gym space.
Air conditioning in the room functioned very well which was great to cool the room quickly, however it blew directly in the face of the bed so it was impossible to have it on throughout the night which made the room very warm. A simple boxed duct bend into the room would fix the issue.
Happy hour needs to be much better value given the competition around the venue.

Location. Location. Location. This hotel is located in the best area in South Beach, with numerous options for dinning, partying and shopping. The property has that Art Deco style and the vibe is amazing. The team managing and working in this hotel is exceptional. Shoutout to the poolside bartenders Andy and Christian, they were amazing and shared great food recommendations.
We need a water dispenser in the Ocean Drive building. But other than that, nothing.

Wonderful choice of hotel for this part of Miami! Room was a decent size, it was clean and air con was good. The rooftop pool is excellent, great space, great pool and great food and drinks. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and I think the hotel is well priced for the area. You're close to lots of great places to eat and a short distance from the beach!

The location was very good - the hotel was yards from the promenade. Our room was in an annexe almost adjoining the main building; it was large, and had a balcony overlooking the promenade - a wonderful position.
Breakfast was not included. I had avocado and egg on toast, which was good but quite expensive.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The outdoor seating and courtyard garden restaurant were both very pleasant, and well kept.
The mattress was within a wooden frame which protruded, and on which we kept banging our legs! No plug in basin in bathroom - we were told this would be replaced, but we left the next morning.

The art deco style and history of the hotel were impressive. The location for all that South Beach has to offer is perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable.
The drink offer for "Happy Hour" was poor. I had a gin and tonic; the tonic was "flat" and had been open for ??? how long? My wife's mixer was the same.

David at the concierge was very helpful. The hotel has a great rooftop pool and bar as well as a great first floor bar and cafe. We loved the happy hours. We also loved our spacious comfy suite.

This time I was in the corner room with 4 windows - very big and bright with the window corner bench.
Great location and staff, free beach chairs and towels (you still have to pay for umbrella if you want one.
Luggage storage.

We loved the location (quiet but close enough to Ocean Drive and all the attractions)and the warmth and helpfulness of the Concierge, housekeeping and pool staff. The rooftop pool was wonderful.
Disappointing return stay due to the attitude of a Front Desk staff member and Manager. After a wonderful visit the week before, we booked a King Room for our final two nights and requested an upper floor room (We were allocated a room on the first floor - but understood that requests cannot be guaranteed). The room smelled musty, was dark and when we opened our blinds we looked directly onto two rubbish skips full of rubbish. We requested a room change that evening and were told that we had to wait until 12pm the next day while the manager considered our request. Instead of enjoying our last full day exploring Miami we had to wait at the hotel until we could be told if we were able to move or not. The situation was handled in an unfriendly and unprofessional manner. Although we were eventually moved, the stress ruined what should have been a special stay.

The Tony is in the art deco preservation district in South Beach and only a block from the beachfront. Wonderful location, exquisite environs, and delightful accommodations. The staff was always friendly and attentive. I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants a no-nonsense experience with tasteful touches in decor and service.

I couldn’t get the A/C to cool. Again, fast response. Turns out there was a light switch way up at the ceiling by the door. It just needed to be turned on to allow the A/C to work.
Hot water in bathroom was extremely hot. Someone could get burned. There should be some kind of limiter for hot water. Husband remarked shower water temp very hot, like a fool I turned on sink hot water and put my hand in it…yes, he was right. In one second, my hand was almost burnt. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay

Great location and super friendly staff. We had good time overall, but the hotel is far off from modern standards. We got a free access to Wynwood Walls and a discount to local restaurants: Oh! Mexico and The News Cafe. A nice pool on the rooftop, we liked the decor too.
Uncomfortable beds. Double bed is approx. 130cm wide, so it was impossible for us to have a good sleep. We stayed there for 5 nights and were swapping beds every night so that every one could get at least one night of a good sleep. You can hear every noise coming from the corridor, including security talking on the walkie-talkie at 4 am right in front of your door. The housekeeping goes down to having your beds made. During our whole stay the washbasin was cleaned once, floors were never cleaned and dusty. We used the rooftop swimming pool once, but the day before it was raining and the mattresses were still cold and wet- apparently it takes long for them to dry and no one takes them off when it rains. The elevator is old and you have to wait really long for it.
