The staff gave excellent customer service.
Our room was extremely dirty. My grandchildren socks and foot bottoms were black when they walked around the room especially on the carpet. The dust in the carpet triggered everyone's sinuses. I called the front desk for an air purifier they didnt have one but provided a fan to circulate the air. The fan itself was dusty as well. The following day, I thought because we complained about the dust in the room they would had send the maid service to vacuum or clean our room, they didn't. The hotel and staff are nice but the room was dusty stuffy and very uncomfortable to be in especially with small children. We were all sick for few days and had to take sinus and allergy meds, even after checkout.

We liked the room. We were so tired from waiting so long for the shuttle, we didn't care.
Shuttle service was a nightmare. We called the hotel as soon as we got to the airport and told them where we we waiting per their request. The shuttle driver refused to pick us up twice and was rude to us. I kept calling the hotel and they finally got him to pick us up. I would not stay there again based on that incident.

Dirty with very visible things on the walls like hair and splotches of things. Areas that had to be touched were dirty. The room was not worth the amount charged, and not even just because of location either. I paid out $261.00 for a room that should not have costed what I was charged. I have never stayed at a Hilton property that was in the condition of that property. I am A Hilton Honors VIP Member that is very dissatisfied with the stay that I had. I didn’t have any other choice at the last minute before departing for my cruise the next day. Extremely dissatisfied with that property. Walls appeared to have had cigarettes put out on the walls with a slight cigarette odor that lingered in the air. I’m a non smoker so I’m sensitive to smells.

This is my only hotel option when I cruise out of Miami. The service is always impeccable. The site is clean and the staff really try to be of service and accommodating. They are always so friendly and funny. The breakfast is always good though I didn't get to eat many of the items this time around because all of the meat was pork. Other than that, I love the breakfast. Oh, I loved the snowman that decorated the lobby.
The only thing that I didn't like was that I had to leave.

One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was for the airport shuttle. WARNING it took 1hr 15min for the shuttle to even pick us up. I called at baggage claim and was told 5-10 minutes as there was a shuttle on the way. That one was full so was told about 30 minutes for it to come back and forth. We kept waiting and called back a few times and kept being told it would be there very soon. I was so mad, if I had known it would take SO LONG I would have just used Lyft. Extremely dishonest and terrible service to not be honest about the wait time.

There were people smoking right in front of the door and the staff said they would bring up a pack n play for us and never did even though I went down twice to ask for it.

During my 1st stay on Nov 12, there was mold on the soap dish and tiles in the shower.
During my 2nd trip on Nov 18, the water in the tub was very slow draining during my shower. Also - the breakfast was good except I was disappointed that there was no meat (Bacon or sausage).

The original room's heater wasn't working and it was not an easy fix (compressor broke). Staff was excellent - they provided my first request and had me away from the elevator, 2nd request to upgrade me to a suite, and then they had to move me to another room - one with heat. That i booked months in advance for a good price and when I showed up I was told y'all double booked and no longer had my room and tried to charge me double what I paid for the room initially which was a huge inconvenience after flying all day to get there.

The one hour wait for your shuttle. If it ran every half an hour you would have happy customers. We missed the shuttle NY 30 seconds. When your flying alot you just want to get to your hotel.

Location was great, you can cross the street and there are Dominos, Burger King. etc.
As soon as I get into the room, the TV showed my name and 2 bottles of complimentary water were there.
There was a free shuttle every hour to the airport.
Continental breakfast had a variety that also surprised me.
Wi-fi was also very good and check out time was perfect (12pm) for my flight.
I liked everything about this place.
