Location near airport after long flight. 16 dollars in a blue taxi. Reasonable breakfast.

Carpet needed replaced. Double room but only one bath robe and one pair of slippers! Bathroom needs refurbishment. Got front desk to call a yellow cab - got a Chevrolet Suburban 8 seater SUV - you pay 30% surcharge for a large SUV - there was only the two of us - 59 dollars to get to the Cruise Terminal!

"upgraded" to a suite that was next to elevator and could hear the "bong bong" all night long. Shower handle came off in my hand. No hair dryer. Few plugs. Neither fridge worked. Ice machine broken and filthy.

Nice lobby and good breakfast place service was good by the staff

Rolls are old and bathrooms were very dislikable, lots of dirt and were not very clean at all. We even found dirty things behind the sofa, overall rooms were motel decorated.

Cleaning in room was fair but could be better- tops of skirting haven't been cleaned for a while! Didn't seem enough staff in the dining area for breakfast as had to queue to enter and replenishment was slow. No USB points in room.

The bed was too soft, really surprising. The bath/shower was dangerous with no mat. A simple dinner was expensive. Over $50 for calamari and a beer. The wi fi stopped suddenly an hour before check out.

The clean spaces provided by the hotel to relax.

There were several things that could be improved: 1) I went to relax by the pool -- The pool is cold. I do not mind the cats BUT the pool area smells like cat feces and ammonia. 2.) Restaurant closed. Bar did not serve menu items due to lack of food.
