Was there for 3 nights, preferred 2nd or 3rd floor but had to stay on 1st floor because elevator was out of service. We are in our 70's & have difficulty carrying luggage up stairs. This was the smallest motel room I have ever experienced, felt claustrophobic; not enough space for us & our luggage. We paid for upgrade from King bed to Jr. Suite with 2 queen beds that had a kitchen-type cabinet/sink between the beds. Shower, toilet & sink all in one small space, very limited space for personal bathroom items.

Location was great. Convenient to Arches, Canyonlands Dead Horse and the town businesses. They had a wonderful selection of teas and good coffee. Beds were comfortable. They assisted with our luggage when we arrived. Mgr on duty recommend some great restaurants, Dewey’s and Broken Oar. We watched the Steeler game at Zac and had a good lunch there. We would also recommend Thai Bella, delicious and great atmosphere right across from hotel.
The elevator was broken but it really wasn’t a big deal to us. Lighting wasn’t the greatest in the rooms.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and enjoyed the seemingly recently renovated facilities.
Overall, it was decent and clean, and we were conveniently located in Moab.
The room is quite small and poorly soundproofed (but with earplugs, you'll sleep well).
The shower was problematic; it was either scalding hot or freezing cold, or there was no water pressure.
The elevator was out of order, so we had to climb the stairs with our luggage.

The room was very small. No couch or loveseat to sit on. Only wooden chairs. The elevator was broken, and we were told this when checking in along with the hot tub being broken. No attendant on duty during that first night so if we lost our key and were out, we would have no way to get in. Seemed kind of odd not to have someone at the front desk at a hotel.

We rented a 2BR suite which was very spacious and quite comfortable. Limited kitchenware but full size refrigerator, microwave, and oven were great. Beds and pillows were comfy. Location provided plenty to do with a food truck park, shops, restaurants, and even a laundromat close by. Elevator was broken but that wasn't an issue either.
Would have been nice to have HDTV to watch some sports after 8 hours of hiking each day but I was probably too tired anyway.

I chose because it had an elevator but when we got there (and I had spoken directly with head desk ahead of time)
