The room was huge, especially for NYC. We loved the space and how big the bathroom was too. Also the staff was super helpful and kind.

A few glitches in the room but they were fixed as soon as we asked. Also the breakfast was a little lackluster but totally doable if it were your only option.

We loved the location - easy to walk to Rockefeller Center and Times Square. Our room was bigger than we expected!

The breakfast was fine, not great. I wouldn't pay extra for it. It was included with our package so we ate it the first morning but didn't go back after that. Definitely don't pay the $20 per person!
