Nice place with some issues. Liked: Convenient location. Nice outdoor seating area for breakfast/drinks. Clean rooms with lots of counter space and storage space. This is our 4th or 5th trip. Great stay, good value and wonderful front desk!!! Liked: Exceptional front desk staff. My was amazing and so helpful with everything, Location is great, rooms are clean and comfortable and there is a great fitness center.

Liked: Very nice room and hotel is in a good location. Surprisingly they didn’t have a resort fee which has become very common for hotels in LA area so that was great. Disliked: Didn’t experience any issues during our short stay.

This was possibly the worst Bonvoy experience I have ever had. Liked: I paid an additional $30 at checking for breakfast and it was not honored by the restaurant breakfast were scandalously over priced and the staff at the restaurant and the desk were not friendly. Disliked: Staff
