Hard to get past dirty sheets in the bed. Liked: Location Disliked: There were many black hairs in our bed sheets. Not sure if sheets had been changed or not. Regardless, bed sheets were not clean. Very unacceptable.

Good Disliked: The TV remote did not control the volume as would be expected and the staff didn't understand how to fix it. The breakfast room ran out of cups so they had to use room cups with no lids, . It all seemed poorly run and unplanned circumstances didn't have any good resolve.
