Room and pricing was reasonable.
I booked 2 rooms through the booking app, but when arriving there I was only allowed to get keys for 1 room. The girl at the front claimed that was their policy as the main guest for the 2nd room was not present. I checked in for both rooms and the girl said when the other guest arrived to just have them go to the lobby to give them the key for the 2nd room. Once the guests for the 2nd room arrived (got there a bit later since they were driving from New York) they were told by another lady that they couldn’t get the keys. I went to the lobby and spoke to the lady through a phone outside the lobby and the lady said that they cannot give us any keys because my payment didn’t go through! I told her I had booked through the booking app and my payment was already showing in my bank. Lady insisted that my card got declined (I had provided my card to pay 1 pet fee only) I told her then that I could pay again at that moment and resolve the rest in the morning as the other guests just wanted to go to their room and rest. The lady said I could not do that and eventually hanged up the phone on me!
The main guest for the 2nd room had to go look for another hotel! I already spoke to someone twice from booking about this and they claim that the hotel has to reply to their request to refund the room that was not given to us, but it’s been over a month already and I have not gotten this resolved! Do not book this hotel! I hope this doesn’t happen to other people that just want to arrive from their long trip and rest! I’ve been using booking for a long time and I hope you guys can resolve this soon!

I would have like to being told that the hotel did not take certain cards before taking a Lyft all the way to the hotel and then back to our pick up spot. Because of this, I almost had to sleep on the streets.
I called the hotel several times letting the front desk know that due to things beyond my control I would be running late.

The room was quiet and had comfortable beds. The kitchen and bathroom were clean. The location was convenient for us, as we had an unexpected flight cancellation, and it is very close to the airport.
Although they are obviously keeping the place clean, wear and tear is extremely evident. The carpet and flooring was in very poor condition, with holes and ground-in gum or other substances. A refresh is overdue for the price.

I left first night and slept In my car. I went back to take a shower and the key card didn’t even work, a dog was barking and jumping in the window next door. I went to tell staff to move me or accommodate for the issues and they were just sorry all booked excuse. Doubt it though. So I want a refund or I just fired the cc bill

Well priced, in convenient location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very helpful. Ten minute drive from the airport.

The location was ok. There is a QT and plaza right across the street with a Fry's, Target and Costco as well as many restaurants. There was breakfast included which is always a plus. The room included a kitchen.
I did not like the room itself. It seemed very dark and gloomy. It was very outdated which I think is part of why it was so dark and gloomy. Overall, it didn't seem like they kept the room very clean or cleaned it often. The couch was honestly disgusting. They need to make some renovations and upgrade some of the furniture.

Wouldn't take my card so I didn't stay but while I was there I saw the lady behind the counter deny a black lady the use of the restroom then 10 mins later they opened the door for a Mexican man to use ...they claimed he was an employee but not in uniform and well dressed like a traveler ...when I said something they told me to mind my own business then I noticed the lady had taken her name tag off that's when I left...I wanted to report this to news channel 3 and still might....that's unacceptable and for her to tell me to mind my own business ...I'm very upset and have started to spread the word to all my friends who travel a lot and on my Facebook...this can't go in attended...employee or not...that lady was clean cut with her husband and was in diar straits and they cared not....nothing...cold ... I can only wish karma comes to them and you establishment if that's what is practiced there
The counter lady could have been more selective when she said can't use my card but she has a look and almost smelled as she turned me away...I've never felt so belittled in my life...thanks guys... Class act

BUT, the room was very fithy, the 2nd burner on the stove didn't work. Also we got a room for 6 people and the food out couch was only a twin size, so 1 child slept on the floor. The bathroom was awful.

I had a very bad experience, there was no one at the reception. I waited an hour for someone to open and I could get in.
In the information they have for payment methods, they said that they accepted all types of payment when I wanted to do my checking. They don't accept cash, no checks, no tape pay with the phone . Only physical card, they charged me twice and only refunded one.

It is clean and only the carpet on the floor of the room that you can see has not been vacuumed, then everything is clean
They offer you breakfast but it is not real, there is only coffee after breakfast is fake because there is no breakfast room nor do they offer anything for breakfast, only coffee in the lobby, it does not have an ice machine, it is very annoying that they do not have an ice machine, it is normal offer customers ice machine
