I really liked the friendliness of the staff and the proximity to stores and restaurants around me. Its a really beautiful area and hotel. I (F, 27) felt safe walking around alone.

A bit dated. "Modern" chairs not comfortable.

It was a lovely hotel that was very centrally located. The courtyard was especially beautiful. I would stay here again.

The room was small and there was no microwave. But those werent major negatives.

the proximity of the hotel to shopping and dining was increddible as it is actually part of a huge entertainment complex. Close to highway travel as well

Not having a continental breakfast was disappointing but not a deal breaker

I came for a visit with some family members. Upon arrival, I was told congratulations, as my husband had called ahead and let the staff know it was our wedding Anniversary. He unfortunately was unable to join me, but they arranged a bottle of wine to be left with chocolates in my room, and upgraded my room to a suite for the week. The room and view was perfect, with the added view of Camelback mountain. The space was perfect for my family to come and visit. The pool was heated and the Jacuzzi was perfect. "Snooze" was recommended as a breakfast place, and I went back a second time! I was able to walk to get anything I needed. I would highly recommend and hope to return!

Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Arranging for late checkout was simple and worked well for us. Upon entering, the hotel smells fresh and clean. It's well maintained and was in a very convenient location. Shops and restaurants are steps away.

Covid seems to have provided hotels with an excuse not to provide daily room cleaning. We ran out of tissues, low on TP, and exchanged our towels several times ourselves when they were too wet to reuse. Regardless, would highly recommend this hotel.

Decent selection of breakfast sandwich choices but prices were a bit high.

I wasn't moved to a different room because of the blocked balcony wall to one with iron spindles. Instead manager placed 2 chairs on the balcony. I expected to get moved to another room. Housecleaning wasn't done. Called to request more washcloths, towels and trash removal.

The handicap accessible bathroom rates as one of the best we have had at a hotel. Roll in shower, well-placed grab bars, and plenty of room! Also, the pool and patio area is a lovely oasis. Its not huge or extravagant, but it is lovely and well kept.

I wish the doors for the handicap hotel room and the doors to go out to he patio were handicap doors that you can push the switch and it opens for you and stays open.
