Probably a good hotel if you were staying for an extended period of time. Close to the airport.

There was not too much around this hotel that I felt safe walking to. I had to call the hotel 4 times after arriving at the aiport for a shuttle. The last call I was on hold for 15 minutes. Total wait time 50 minutes.

Very big and clean and I loved the restaurant on site

Room was very far away from the front desk or the main door. If you forgot something in your room you had to go all the way to the other side of the building all over again! Room arrangements is not practical for young kids, elderly or anyone with mobility issues! Front desk needs to tell guest upfront, how far away the room is, so the guest has a chance to change their mind!

Clean and quiet overnight stay for my family and pup. This hotel has one of the lowest pet fees I found and doesnt charge for parking. I compared many similar hotels in this particular area and this ended up being the best overall price. Friendly staff and spacious clean rooms.

Room contained everything we wanted or needed. Most of the staff was very nice. Loved having the laundry and gym available.

The only thing I think would help is having more hooks or racks to hold towels and clothes. If you could hang towels after using them, people would probably use fewer towels. If getting dressed in the bathroom, there is no place to put clothes.

I liked how it has its own little kitchen inside the room.

Property was great. Just didnt like the weed shop from across the street. But it wasnt Candlewoods fault or anything.

Good location for the purpose of my trip, easy access to major highways. The room was very clean & the AC worked great.

Parking lot is very small & crowded, difficult to maneuver in and out of parking spots. The bed was lumpy, so I didnt get much rest during my stay.

The Kitchen in the room

When I checked in, the amount of paperwork I had to sign was practically me renting out the room. There were a long list of Rules with a pet (which all ended with threats to kick you out or fine you). Rules just as a guest that involved a fine or threats to kick you out, signs everywhere reminding you of the rules and policies (on the exits, on your microwave, on your desk, on the back of your room door...elevator...). They gave you an additional small piece of paper with your room key reminding you again of the rules of the property. Staying here left me with so much anxiety that I was going to break one of their many policies. The Wifi was patchy and the exit door keyless entry was broken so any time you used the Pet Door, you had to walk around the property into the main entrance....you are not allowed to prop the door open (even though its broken) because that would involve you getting kicked out or fined...per the sign on the door). I travel 2 weeks out of the month across all of the PNW, this is the first time in 4 years that I truly did not enjoy my stay, won't return and won't recommend. I've stayed at this brand before in Idaho and had zero issue...so it leads me to believe this is a management issue.

This is a great location for someone looking to stay near PDX airport. The hotel is well kept and in good condition. Our room was roomy with a large bathroom and pretty comfortable bed, good pillows. They accept pets though charging $40.

Cost was a bit high versus our purposes. No breakfast but then again, not everywhere offers breakfast. In my experience hotels of this caliber often do provide.

The room was mostly clean.

The AC smelled of mold. The location is in an industrial area with no attractions nearby. The TV didn’t work and when I asked the staff people for help she came to my room and said she couldn’t fix it because it wasn’t connected and she needed maintenance to repair it. No offer of a discount and barely an apology, but they definitely charged me the $40 to allow my dog to stay in my room with me. There was a lot of traffic noise. I wouldn’t waste the over $200 I spent on this room. Much better stays elsewhere.
