Really nice buffet ad always with nice people.
The room was musty. Like they tried to cover up a smoker. I could tell right away. The bathroom door was peeling, the safe did not work. The carpet grungy, roof was leaking.( admittedly hard to fix so high up) the waterfall had a leak.
The dinner was not good. Rib eye dry, chewy and flavorless. The ceaser salad seemed like large chunks of lettuce w bottled dressing. Garlic bread was really good. No steak knife. Just the regular butter knife to cut tough dry flavorless steak and tough asparagus( how is asparagus ever tough?)
The whole hotel reeked of having been " rode hard and put away wet)
A tired little hotel. Not up to the previous experiences I have had with Embassy Suites.

It was clean and comfortable
The fire alarm went off awaking me 4 hours after I had travelled for 20plus hours. Then the staff on duty failed to manage the issue in a professional manner. I felt unsafe. I communicated this with the management. I have not yet returned to see if they have improved their emergency protocols.

Nice view, good-sized rooms, good breakfast, good quality amenities, friendly staff, drink tickets.
The parking fee was unexpected, no vending machines, flavored coffee creamer would be a plus, I was under the impression that Easter eggs would be hidden throughout the hotel a couple times during breakfast hours. There were some out at 7am when I went downstairs but were all gone by 8:30, so my son was a little disappointed. It would be amazing if checkout was at least 12 or 1. A side note, our shower would drain extremely slowly, preventing us from showering.

The breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, no issues with other guests, location is great, really hot water for relaxing showers.
The pool was the coldest pool I've ever swam in, no paper towels in our room, had to pay for parking, TV had very few channels, no fan/ventilation in bathroom.

Bed was so comfortable and the pillow was perfect! I found the location was ideal and attended a fabulous seminar in your comfortable meeting rooms. Those chairs were very comfortable as well. Your reception staff, parking lot security and bartender were absolutely a wonderful, warm and welcoming front line. So appreciated! I love the water features!

Dinner was nice and server was very polite and efficient. Room was comfortable and clean.
Front desk employee could have been more pleasant. She was very dry, just asked me for credit card and id, didn’t say hello or welcome. Had to ask where elevators were, and bell carts. Also had to ask about restaurant hours etc.. When I walked up there were two people sitting at desks, I went to one and she said oh go over there this isn’t my department and she got up and left and then I went to other woman and she just looked down and asked for my name. I expected a more pleasant person at a Hilton.
