The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We stayed two nights, one at the beginning of our trip and one at the end because of it's proximity to the airport. It was very convenient and the free airport shuttle was a big help. Also, I didn't realize that in our rooms there was either a large chaise lounge or a pull-out sofa. This was perfect for our 4 year old to sleep on, he thought he was so special!

My only complaint is that you can hear the planes coming and going, but that's to be expected so close the the sirport, and it wasn't enough to keep me up at night.

Clean well known chain. Friendly staff

Got 2 hours sleep before a morning flight. From airline traffic. Asked to be put away from the road, but was put away from the quieter road and put by busy road, airport side, and the max train tracks

Clean comfortable room. We missed the airport shuttle by 2 minutes. When it returned the staff made arrangements to have us taken right away because our flight arrangements had been disrupted and we needed to try to get an earlier departure.

They stored our luggage until check in time and got us on the first shuttle to the airport the next morning. The room was nice and the location was fantastic. We hopped on the train and went into downtown Portland.

We didn't get to try breakfast since our flight was so early ?.

Very good location at the airport but in a green area. The surroundings were clean with nice green landscape and garden.

Air condition units were installed at the Windows and were noisy a bit.

I liked the proximity of the destinations we had planned for the kids

There was head lice found in the towel. When I brought this to the attention of staff cleaning the rooms she said she would take it to management. When I spoke to the manager I was told to check my kids for head lice. I had checked to make sure my kids and my head were clean. This towel was folded and not used, the manager said it came from a previous person in that room. There was no apology nor any kind of explanation.

We feel very safe at this holiday inn location. They keep all the doors locked which makes you feel good. The parking lot is well lit and cameras and a nice fence all the way around. It was very clean and comfortable and affordable. Good breakfasts always.

The plane noise gets irritating after a few days. There were jets taking off the last morning we were there and it was very loud!! I don’t hear it at night though, so I can’t complain there. I would take plane noise over people noise and sketchy part of town any day

The hotel was immaculate, clean, accessible, with plenty of facilities. Quick check-in, friendly staff who were attentive. Free shuttle to the airport. Very large rooms with spacious bathrooms and a very large shower. Hotel room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. I rate this hotel as extremely good value, we were very pleased.

The staff were very friendly. They had complimentary hot drinks and a little store for things. Free breakfast and close to stores and restaurants.

The only complaint is our room smelled like cat pee. Not sure if it was the carpet or the heater? Only there one night otherwise I would have switched rooms.

Hotel staff were kind and professional. The hotel was very clean, the bed comfortable, the room was nice and large. The location is great - I had to get a couple last-minute things at Target and it's right next to the hotel The airport shuttle service was prompt and very convenient. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of different foods The coffee in the lobby was great, and the citrus ice-water that's always available is a nice touch

I know this is petty, the only thing I could have asked for was to have a Netflix app on the TV

Great location, close to the light rail station. Breakfast has been good but is better now even. New coffee machine in the breakfast room makes high-quality fresh coffee.

I have stayed here several times over the years, but this was the first time that I was charged to park in the hotel parking lot. I wish somebody had mentioned that at the front desk. It is written in the reservation details, but it was still a surprise to me and it should have been charged at the front desk when I checked in instead of deducted from my deposit.
