It was in a great location and a really good value, perfect for a single night. Staff in the morning was a 180 from the night before and so friendly!
It states there is complimentary parking but by the time we got there all the spots were taken by people not with a parking pass from the hotel, however the hotel doesn’t enforce that so we were left downtown without a place to park.
There was an alarm in the room that was preset so it went off at 6am, 630am then again at 7am when we thought we had figured out how to turn it off.
We finally went back to sleep and staff knocked on the door at 9:30am to remind us of an 11am checkout which frankly, is unnecessary that early and obviously woke us back up.

this is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel We love it in so many ways. The location, our little kitchenette, separate bedroom from the living area. It was clean, staff was great, but it looks like it could use a shot in the arm . It is suppose to have upgrades, remodel, so I will cut them some slack. Still a great place to stay. It is in Goosehollow , very safe, very quiet and close to so many great things on the west side of town.
Wish I had done more cooking , the kitchenette is great!

1)We stayed in the king Suite (506) and it was pretty perfect! Felt very homey and was exactly what we needed. I wish we had more time to really get use of everything it had to offer.
2) The bathroom was cute and felt more cozy than just a hotel room. The soaps/Shampoo were good quality and I didn't have that dry feeling after using any of it. I appreciated that for sure!
3) They left us some OJ, Coffee, Oatmeal, water bottles and some slippers which was a nice little bonus!
4) Close to everything you need really! It looked further on the map but actually driving it made me realize how close everything really was. 24 hr taco bell and McDonald's up the street and Fred Meyers is within walking distance too if you get the late night munchies or need anything! They do provide some pots and pans for you to use which I really like! Wish we were staying longer to utilize the kitchen area.
5) They have coffee and water in lobby 24/7 which was great and cookies in the morning but by the time we checked out they were all gone but one so that was a bummer because they were so good and neither of us wanted to share it lol.
1) The parking is extremely limited and TIGHT. We have a chevy avalanche and it was a squeeze. We took lyft to our event and back and used doordash so it didn't bother us to stay put once parked but we did hear cars getting "tapped" in the lot so it made us nervous.
2) Bring a fan if you get hot at night! The bedroom doesn't have AC but we always bring a little fan so we set it on the kitchen table facing the room and it was actually super cold we just had to sleep with the door open to get air. Not a biggie but if you like the door shut at night, then it may be an issue.
3) Bathroom is RIGHT next to the bed and the sliding door is pretty see through (like frosted glass effect) so you do get a silhouette of whoever is using it and not a lot of privacy if you're not with someone you're comfortable with. Door also wouldn't stay shut so again with being comfortable lol.
4) Wifi wasn't working for us. If we connected service was actually slower and some of my apps wouldn't even function while connected. Maybe just a bad service day.

I knew the location and was happy to find a budget-friendly hotel there. Perfect home base for all the places I needed to be over the weekend. Great for wandering on foot too.
It wasn't clear to me that there are 2 buildings and check-in was not in the building I recognized from the listing. So when we arrived late at night, it was frustrating to have to look all around, eventually call and find out I had to go across the street. (My fault for unloading the car already!)

Located on a quiet street, parking lot is well-lit and there is no extra charge to park. Room was in good condition. Hot beverages available all day, with apples and cookies in the mornings.

The location was excellent for events at Providence Park, it’s literally around the corner! The front desk staff was so nice and friendly check in was a breeze. Free parking! Yes it’s an older property but our room was clean and comfortable,we felt safe and it fit our needs perfectly, it’s an excellent location and was a great value.
Everything was pretty good for what we needed it for, if I had to be picky I’d say parking was a bit tight in a few areas but we managed.

All of the staff were very professional, friendly and courteous. The front desk staff made it a real pleasure to stop by the lobby for fresh coffee, morning cookies and a pleasant greeting. The room was super clean and cozy, the bed was soft but comfortable. Nights were quiet. The location is great for Washington Park access, 23rd Ave., the ballpark, and if you like walking, downtown and the river parkway as well. In the 4 days I was there I only used my car once to go to Hillsboro (13 miles) when it was raining. Grocery store is 2 blocks away.

The location was very convenient. Not only is Park Lane located in a nice area, it's close to many of the parts of the city that we wanted to visit. The room itself was fine and clean; we stayed in the secondary building across the street. There was plenty of parking right in front of the door, and it all felt safe. Because of this, it is difficult to understand that your building is across the road (the landmark that the staff refers to is the INN sign). The staff is unfriendly and gets nervous if you ask a question several times (for example, I couldn't immediately find the building sign and understand where to go (my English is not the best). The room is quite dirty, it looks like the cleaning was bad. You can hear your neighbors very well. The bed is uncomfortable

Clean room, nothing fancy. Very good location. Enough parking. Coffee & cookies were very good by the reception. Nice apples too. A large selection of TV channels including movies.
The electrical outlet next to the bed were loose, electrical cord would not stay plugged. Alarm clock not working. Bathroom fan very noisy. Need more insulation between floors. Quite noisy when people are walking around upstairs.

Perfect layout for a safe stay with a toddler, plenty of room to run around. There were lots of windows with a beautiful view. Loved the oatmeal provided, the fact that the kitchen had a full-sized fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, microwave and cookware. Lovely lobby area with coffee/tea/snacks, plus a peaceful seating area outside with a fountain and string lights. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops, and easy-access to public transportation.

My wife loved the slippers. The location is great, especially if you have a car. We've stayed here for a week in the main building before, but that particular room was a bit dark and dank, almost a half basement. If we'd been on a higher floor and not in the angle of the building it would have been better probably and maybe we'd have stayed there again, possibly longer.
This time we just needed a place to crash for the night where we could park the car and it was OK, a decent price for the area and the city. But the room in the annex was fairly small, in the back and fairly quiet. The worst thing was probably the light just outside the entry in the walkway which shone into the room at night. The room to its credit had a small refer and a bath with a real door, which I appreciate (vs. a sink in the room). A bit like the old American motel rooms--smallish and without many frills. The beds were just OK (two queens), but nothing memorable. Very tidy housekeeping crew, and a helpful and friendly office with coffee and tea.

I really liked the location and the fact that parking was included for free along with the pricing being very reasonable.
The rooms were clean, but there was a heavy smell of bleach that was overwhelming at times.
