The service was wonderful and fast
The Complimentary coffee was only made at breakfast time and afterwards put away! I am always traveling in the evening so it makes for a nice compliment to enjoy just as you have arrived at the hotel. This way you can just go to room and relax with your coffee, and don’t have to use up the one pack you have in your room for morning!!! Just a thought

Everything was very clean and nice.
The heater didn’t work and the room was very cold. I went to sleep thinking the room would heat up during the night and nope it was still the same temperature in the morning.

Layout of room, bedroom with private bath and second bath separate from second bedroom. It was quiet, we didn't hear any upstairs or neighbor noise at all, only vaguely a couple of times. Very clean! Your staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Would definitely stay here again.
The second elevator was down, the bathroom door locked us out, ( to unlock pressing handle downward is standard, not up, as when you open the door), the front door lock stuck a little when opening the door with the handle.
***Suggestion, outside parking should be less of a charge than covered.

The room was good. Most of the staff were very friendly.
The cleaning staff need to have those little rubber door stops so they can block the door open. What they do is throw the dead bolt lock so the door does not close all the way. Then every time they go in and out to get something the door slams on the dead bolt. Not only is it terribly noisy but it can not be good on the locks either. Also $40.00 a day to park your vehicle in the parking structure seems a little excessive.

Very cozy and clean studio for a very reasonable price, huge tv, cozy bed.
Minor stuff. The hotel is right next to highway, so it is a bit noisy. If you are a light sleeper ear plugs are recommended. Kitchenette was stocked a bit sparsely: two plates, two cups, two spoons. But I'm sure if we needed more we could ask the hotel stuff.

Breakfast was delicious. I liked the room.
No house keeping. During my stay. I requested it and towels and they never came. I had to go to the front the next day for towels. Elevator was also broken so there was always huge congestion at the elevator. Very inconvenient.

Everything was great. The breakfast and site was perfect. We were able to walk to our event and back and not spend any extra money for taxis etc.
The only issue was the one elevator being out of order that made for long lines to get up to the room.
Once we realized where the stairs were we were golden hahaha

Breakfast was good.

We are vegan and really appreciated the oat milk for breakfast.
Would be nice to do some hot potatoes or something instead of just eggs and meat for hot breakfast items.
Would have loved pnut butter also.

The parking situation, you have to pay 39.99 per night. Anything bigger than a compact car should be told which garage to use but the front desk staff won't provide you details.

The breakfast was well-stocked and varied. The room was amazing and generally comfortable. The hotel is very well taken care of and the staff was cheerful and helpful.
Parking is convenient but seems too expensive. Plus, an individual could ostensibly just walk and drive a car out. So, one questions the security. Breakfast was great but would love more vegetables and fruit. The couch in our room was not very comfortable to sit on for any length of time.

Comfortable room and bed, stove and full size fridge and dishwasher was nice! Pleasant location. Parking lot was confusing. Breakfast was nice.
The "king size" bed felt weirdly small. Seemed more like a queen?? I'm 5'3" and laid across the width and it felt like it was almost exactly my height or even a bit smaller. We hoped we could fit our little kids in our bed easier, but it was tight.
Weirdly found dark 3" hair all over the bathroom which didn't match any of our hair. Felt like they just did a quick clean, bathroom floor seemed to have stuff that needed a better scrub. Spiderwebs and things around low lamps too.
Also weirdly they didn't seem to check us out right, because I got an email later saying we stayed 4 days, but no extra charges, so $ came out right for one night.

I liked that a suite was basically the same price as a regular room. Having a mini kitchen and full size refrigerator was nice. Saved a little money not having to eat out for every meal. Only stayed 2 night but definitely helped with the cost. Breakfast was night too. Wish it went a bit later. Teenagers always b sleeping lol
Need better or more variety of pots and pans. Can opener was an old style can opener that did not work.
