Avoid the restaurant. I don't know if the hotel and restaurant are the same business but I got ripped off. The bill for our dinner was around $75 and I had a $140 charge to my card. They refused to fix it and refund me the difference. Called a number that I assume is the manager. He said he would get right on it. He never called me back, even after I left messages.

In-room coffee maker broken, reservation not registered and i have paid for 3 nites when i stayed 2. Swimming piol not available until late Sunday with unscheduled maintenance. Shuttle service doesnt run from 11-4am. I was in a hotel for this service!!

Large room w king bed, property has a small fitness center, large pool and hot tub, great front desk service, clean and is close to the airport. We found a great mobile rate but reg price still seems decent.
Breakfast was not avail w hotel stay - had to go to the connected sister restaurant to eat (we prefer a fast breakfast - cafe or continental to be a part of the setup); Hotel is a little outdated but made up for it w cleanliness and amenities!

Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. We used the pool & jacuzzi. Staff let us extend our check out time until 1pm so we could do so. Truly appreciated it after a long flight back to PDX. Hotel was located conveniently near airport. Had to pay extra for a Shilo Inn transport van to pick us up, since flight arrived at 11:58pm and check-in was after midnight. The driver was very courteous & friendly in spite of the late hour picking us up. Took care of all our luggage very efficiently.

I always normally, love location, cleaners, staff..
This time., our first room remotes and 1 TV didn't work. Then looking in room we found clothed people had left, dog toys. And a handful of someones.left over stuff. And the couch looked like someone had spilled all over it and it never got cleaned. I was on this trip. Due to my son having cancer and severe treatments. I wanted him to come stay with me. But with both rooms not being very clean. I did not want to take chance of him getting sick. So he wasn't able to get his leave from the hospital. And we ended up leaving a couple days earlier then we were going to. Extremely sad, since I had been planning this for so long and my son has been in hospital so long it was going to be his first time out in a bit. And I always brag and send them buisness.

Weve stayed here several times when taking a break from our chaotic household.
Weve never stayed on the ground floor before. Our rooms were super noisy from guests and staff in the hall at all hours. The first room had a broken toilet and horrific stains on the carpet. The second room had slightly stained chairs and rug. Maybe those are the rooms where pets stay (gross) and we didnt bring a dog (we do have dogs but expect hotels to be clean clean).

It was mid point between me and my cousin's so it was a decent location, otherwise I was beyond disappointed!
The room has not been cleaned, so we were switched to another room, that was next a gaping, moldy hole in the ceiling... this room had also not been cleaned all the way. I have pictures! The pool, spa, breakfast bar were shut down. They blamed websites.

The location is great....only if you are not trying to get in the parking lot at drive time...the hotel is right on the entrance to highway 205...Ask for a room on the back side of the hotel otherwise you will hear endless traffic-The room was huge.
The room was dark, dreary, dated....come on Shilo-time to update...time to tell your front desk staff to man the desk instead of standing at the entrance-SMOKING- I just love walking through the front door in a cloud of cigarette smoke..analog TV? really?
