Right down the hall from the complimentary breakfast, the breakfast at 4 brothers was spectacular!!! That staff was too!

Excellent service from valet to check-in to a late-night cocktail at El Colegio (thanks Josh!). Their location on the River is the best - you can't beat a comfortable room with that view!

Being able to walk to everything.

Our first room was on the street side and was horribly noisy, but was quickly fixed by calling the front desk and they moved us to a much quieter room.

Staff was super nice from front desk to valet to sweet lady who cleaned our room. Location was great. Didn't like having a shared balcony, no tube and beds were not as comfortable as most Omni's we've stayed at but overall was a nice stay. Got out in halls a few times but found our way eventually!

Because the building is old, smelled old and the beds weren't as comfortable as most Omni's we've stayed at.

Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

Room was fully interior, no opportunities for outside light unless you opened your window into the hallway. With that, the room had a nightstand light, a table light, and the bathroom light, so was very dark.

I wish it were a better value. The valet parking fee is high not to mention the city and state taxes!

Amazing staff. Beautiful pool. Great location on river walk but toward the end so a little less noisy and congested.

Odd layout, going through garage to rooms. More than once had a close call with valet moving cars. Something to consider with small children.

The location is excellent! The restaurant was a bit overpriced and the food was regular. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

Restaurant prices. The shower did not get really hot enough for me, it was just lukewarm.

The location was amazing with a private back door entrance that drops you directly on the river walk! We were the only young family staying there, making it quiet and the pool was empty! The room was very clean and comfortable but on the smaller size. It is a historical building, so the character is beautiful.

Coffee shop and bar had very limited hours and neither were open mid-day.

Unique property and location, not standard chain hotel. We held our wedding reception there 40 years ago and returned for our anniversary.

The price is a little too expensive for an older hotel. The room refrigerator had remnants from a prior guest.

Loved the valet people, very friendly! Loved the pool are/bar, along with the location of the hotel!

Didn’t like how humid it was in the rooms along with how small the rooms were. We got a king room; however, my husband is tall and had to duck to get in, and we had to walk sideways between the bed and the tv. Comfortable but small.

There were no issues with this property no trash, no paper. It was spotless, clean inside and outside of the property. It sits right on the river walk.

On the riverwalk, and staff was very nice. They even surprised us with champagne, cupcakes, and a card for our anniversary!

It was pretty muggy and humid in the hallways. Felt kind of gross for the priced paid. But once in the rooms, it was nice.

The room was more than what we expected it to be. The location was around all the places that went to visit. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Easy to get to and leave to get to the places we went to visit.

The only thing that we didnt like was the noise from the traffic. There is nothing that the property can do to prevent that. Once we got ready for bed we did not notice any noise. The area is located to in a busy section of the river walk. Nothing the property can do.
