Location is perfect. There is a ‘big bus’ stop right opposite, a nice restaurant below and Embarcadero is walking distance. It is in a clean & safe area of SF
Despite paying for early checkin the room was not really ready. Our room was large enough however we could not open the window and there was no view: the window was facing a large wall.

3rd time staying here....always a great, comfortable stay. Staff is so friendly, the rooms are nice, the location is perfect to go anywhere in the city by bus or scooter. This is our favorite place to stay when we visit San Francisco.
The only thing I wish they had was a fan in the bathroom. It gets very humid in there after a shower. And it's also very quiet when you're going to the bathroom. Other than that, no complaints!

It’s a great location for North Beach and The Financial District. And a 25 minute walk to the piers for Alcatraz and trips around the bay. It’s a decent, basic hotel.
They describe themselves as boutique but in my opinion it’s not (and I travel a lot for work and with family). It is a basic, standard hotel, nothing special, decent, not bad, just very average

This was my fourth stay at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. The location is fantastic, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. It's near the pier, perfect for a morning run. Close to the BART station-Embracadero, which makes getting to the SF airport a breeze. The rooms are good—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. A special mention goes to the coffee at the guest lounge—it's excellent and a great way to start the day.

I liked the room, but there was no breakfast available but for the Fish & Farm downstairs. I had to leave early bc of early UCSf appointment. The parking was just a block away and reasonably priced but our Chevy truck was almost too big for most spaces. We did have dinner at Fish and farm that was excellent. The fish and chips were cooked to perfection. So overall a very nice stay. The bed was really comfortable, which means a lot to me as I have an injured back. So I would stay again but find a different car for the trip.

One would say prices in the downtown SF would be much higher for this kind of hotel. It was excellent.
You have to count woth additional price for parking.
Also missing fridge in the room, but otherwise it was really great experience :)

Easy access to the property and friendly, helpful staff to greet and assist us. The room was well appointed and clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable! Access to free coffee and lounge area, as well as free guest laundry and gym added value to our stay. The adjoining restaurant offered pleasant service and good food options. Highly recommended and would, for sure, revisit.

The location was great! Right in the main San Francisco area, so I was able to use public transportation or walk all day without needing a car. Room was clean and comfortable, and staff was kind.
High prices, especially since there is no on-site parking. Rooms are a little small as well for the price.

We had an outstanding room with a desk, microwave, cooktop, desk and couch in front of the TV. There was a ‘get together’ room on the ground floor with coffee and a computer printer. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Couldn’t have been better! And the location - close to Embarcadero station as well as the Embarcadero piers - was outstanding.

I stay at Club Quarters every time I'm in SF, but this was the first time I got a room with a kitchenette - it was really nice!
Just an idea: some utensils and plates/bowls in the rooms with kitchenettes would be helpful.

They don’t have a parking, they only suggest you to park at the Embarcadero, that is max 37$/ day. If you get in and out you pay everytime pro hour or the max pro day…

Location was excellent for sf marathon. Complimentary coffee at lounge.
Tv kept turning off, sometimes resetting automatically, sometimes not. Some of tv features weren’t available then it would be. Thermostat wouldn’t work and had to get someone to reset unit. He said when not being used sometimes needs resetting. Was cold and couldn’t warm up room for a while. Perhaps before each checkin they should reset it? Attempts to call for assistance was useless being put on hold for long periods. Finally realized texting front desk was better option and got response. Can hear neighbors talking outside door/closing their room door which woke us up several times which was annoying when we needed sleep for the marathon. Just our luck water was unavailable for our floor and had to go to other floor to get. Finally, coffee machine was horrible. Wouldn’t work properly as coffee cup would not pierce and drip, just hot water in a cup. Fortunately brought own coffee and able to use hot water, and later realized there was some downstairs as well.

The outlets where the microwave and nespresso machine is. One day the microwave wasn't working. Than the next day the nespresso machine wasn't but the microwave somehow was working. It was a tad annoying but would 1000000% would come back and I will recommend. Also the check in time was a bit long. I felt there was always a line when people would check in as I pass by the lobby.

Our room was nicely appointed and clean. It had a bedroom area and a seating area with a desk and a kitchenette. There were 2 tv’s, one in the bedroom and one in the sitting area. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was okay, a little dated. The bath towels were thick, but could’ve been softer. The kitchenette was fully equipped except for drinking glasses, mugs and kitchen towels. There was a magnified mirror by the sink, which was a nice touch.
We really appreciated the free service purified water and bottle dispensers that were on every floor.
The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Overall a nice stay.
There are a few parking structures within a short walking distance of the hotel but they are all pricey.

This is a very nice hotel for the price. Bed was very comfortable. They had water filling stations. If you didn’t have your own bottle, they had ones that you could use. No parking facilities, but there is a city garage one block away. Short walk to the Embarcadero.

The hotel was perfectly situated in the business district just a short walk to the Ferry building. Transportation options were all very close. We had a room with a kitchenette and it was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room to stretch out with a small dining area and fully stocked for all of our needs. The room was a corner unit with nice windows and plenty of light. Each room has a water station with plastic bottles. We had our own bottles and refilled them as needed. The free house wine downstairs was nice some nights and the wine wasn’t bad at all. The staff were awesome and always greeted us with a smile. Another great perk was the free laundry downstairs. Wow! We will definitely stay here again when back in SF.
It would have been neat to connect our IPad to the tv, but not a big deal.

The location is fantastic. It is described as a financial district, but what that really means is that they are close to all 4 Embarcadero Center locations which have a bunch of great places to eat and visit. Our room window was facing kind of a private street which actually was facing the entrance to the Punchline comedy bar. You might hear so much about San Francisco having dirty streets, etc., but I have to tell you the streets and the air were both very clean compared to about ten years ago. We happened to have a window that we were able to crank open just enough to let the nice cool bay air come in and it was awesome. It did not smell bad at all compared to where I live in the country-that cool air was phenomenal. Very close to the Ferry building and an Uber drive is less than $10. It would cost you a lot more if you tried to drive yourself and find a parking spot. They have a very nice restaurant/bar in the same building and they have a happy hour wine time and you can buy drinks to take up to your room as well. I had my daughter with me and she wanted a dessert and they had a very nice chocolate cake and a milk to go for her. They were very nice about it. I would definitely stay here again.
Nothing! All good from what we experienced in one short visit. My daughter got a little chilly and I called down for a couple of extra blankets and they brought them up right away and left them by our door even before I had a chance to check for them! I consider that great service.
