Very Nice! Liked: Check in was smooth. Location was perfect. Room was beyond comfortable and it had everything we needed. Disliked: Carpets were a tad stained. But it did not take away from everything else.

Cozy boutique motel at a good price. Liked: Perfect for our two night stay in St Augustine. Little bit north of downtown but fairly close. Quiet neighborhood. Small room but had everything we needed. Bed and pillows were comfy. Disliked: Short/low toilet difficult for seniors.

We would definitely stay again. Liked: Our room was very clean, and well decorated. A feeling of being home. We liked we were in walking distance of historic downtown St Augustine. As we came to see the night of lights and parking was definitely and issue.
