I must have missed the 2 star review. Liked: Linens/towels were clean. The owners/managers/staff were very nice. Disliked: No electrical outlets in bathroom. The swamp cooler smelled like fish. An older building with odors, ceiling looked like it had water damage and coming down, walls warped. Ne

Liked: Close to hot springs Disliked: Room was old and floor slopes. Fridge sat on top of a small cabinet. Toilet paper had issues going down. Door stuck when trying to get out. Wasn't sure if it even locked

Overall, satisactory. Disliked: The cooling system was too loud and not adjustable.

It meet my needs Liked: location was good Disliked: carpet and chairs need to be replaced and the swamp cooler needs to go. Can not regulate the temperature or the air flow.

One night stay on our way to Jackson hole. Liked: Clean. Cute cottage vibe. Simple.

All of these issues combined meant that we had anything but a restful night. Liked: Good center location to city attractions. The room rate. Disliked: My recent stay at this motel was far from comfortable. The property itself is clearly quite old, and the parking was terrible. To make matters worse,

Disliked: No soap,shampoo or conditioner.

Great staff and facilities Liked: The staff were all very kind, caring and attentive. Pur room was much more than we expected, 2 separate bedrooms and decorated in style with area and age. All very nice.

Liked: Good location. Pet friendly. Excellent ice cream shop next door. Disliked: A lot of smokers outside the rooms. Uncomfortable environment.

It was comfortabel Liked: It looks sketchy on the outside but the rooms were large. It had a fridge and MW, very clean and roomy. I would stay here again. The price was excellent and it was easy to find.

Older facility with friendly staff, high cleanliness, and quiet Liked: Friendly service, clean, spacious, and the AC worked well. Disliked: It's an older building. The room was stale and the windows didn't open.

Good value for the money. Liked: Good location. Comfortable and sizable room. Disliked: Other guests smoking outside of our room on all sides.

Liked: Rooms were cute. Very clean. Staff was great. They let me check in 2 hrs early Disliked: There were no non slip mats in tub. Access to ice was limited

Good affordable place in town. Liked: Gwen, the manager was great and assisted with anything I needed. The location is perfect. You can walk anywhere. Disliked: It’s older and needs some love but has character.

Did not stay there our room was given to someone else Disliked: Our reserved room was given to someone else and they had no room for us. Luckily the manager was kind enough to call another motel and find us a room. We are grateful for her help, but not keeping a reserved room is inexcusable.
