Very nice staff
Sister in walker... was in farthest room on second floor and although we were there by 2 and many had not checked in yet could not get us closer. Not handicap friendly. Room was not a true suite as expected and small.

Location. Size of room.
Cleanliness, doors in bathroom stuck, drain in tub was a problem before it was taken out. Staff left door to our room open one time. One time the staff only changed out the front trash can bag but did not clean room or bathroom nor did they replace towels etc.

Located close to Sabino Canyon. Breakfast items well stocked with good options.
Gated door next to our room didn’t latch and banged loudly every time someone tried to close it. No luggage racks.

Room was clean and the facilities were clean. The breakfast was reasonable
1. The location was on one side of a parking lot for a strip mall. I expected it to be a bit more out in the desert.
2. Room was smaller than expected for the price
3. Only 1 elevator which required me to walk through the "smoking" area on the upper level at least twice a day to get to breakfast area and to exit
4. No comfortable place to sit in room to watch TV. If I had been with a companion, would not have been an acceptable room for 5 nights.

I like the location and the style of the hotel. It is old and adorable.
There was no hot water on Friday evening or Saturday morning! Took a cold shower and that was very unpleasant!
I did not like the pillows, too big and thick and lumpy. I prefer a flatter pillow, better for my neck.

clean, beautiful grounds
This is part of a half way house for about 60 people who recently got out of jail. I had no idea when booking the room. my stay unfortunately was uncomfortable due to this. i tried reaching out to the staff and I have not heard back. my experience from the staff is that they were not very helpful. I asked for housekeeping to clean my room and I basically got laughed at and the room never got clean. I would never stay here again nor recommend anyone staying here.

The setup. The fountains in the courtyard areas and the lounge in front.
The pullout couch was incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. When we arrived, we didn’t feel welcomed at all. It felt very uncomfortable, like we were an inconvenience. Checkout was friendly.

The rooms were nicely renovated and the breakfast was good.
We had to change rooms due to a leaking ac unit. In the new room, the face plate to the thermostat was missing exposing the circuit board. The court yard where our rooms were located was unkept and smelled like sewage and there was a cockroach on the fountain in the lobby.

The interior courtyards were nice. The building was well cared for. Rooms were clean.
In a depressed area that felt mildly un-safe. Rooms were small. Payed less for a much better rooms on this trip to Arizona.
