Location was great. Staff was friendly.
All the furniture and the entire room is so old and outdated. Also, I forgot my clothes in the closet. After check out I called the front desk and told them I forgot my clothes they said would.look for it and call me back.They never did. I called the next day, and no call back. I called a 3rd day and no call back. My clothes was never returned to me.

Room was dusty. Floors were dirty. Walls were dirty. Bathroom doors were dirty. Pillows were flat and dirty. Not enough pillows. Front desk NIGHT clerk was unfriendly, bothered by our questions, and was not available later when we wanted to ask for more pillows. Room was NOT worth $200!!!

The location was very central and the staff were really nice. The area looks a bit run down, but it was safe. Free parking and free breakfast is always nice.
The entire hotel needs a complete renovation, rooms, hallways, facilities. There's a reason why the price is what it is. It's really a shame and I feel for the staff because however nice they are, they cannot help the state of the place.

The outfront looked amazing. The carpets in the hallways were dirty and stained and smelled the room smelled the room was dirty with pubic hairs in the drawers. It was a disgusting room. They moved us to another room, and it wasn't much better.
Holly carpets are nasty. Our room was not clean. All the carpets in the room were stained very dissatisfied.

No bathroom exhaust fan and in side of bathroom door looked like a small dog chewed it's way through , and not enough plug-ins for electronics. And Ice makers on 2nd floor did not work. I was told at front desk to ask the resturant/longe to give me some.

Good value for money and plenty of parking. Breakfast was pretty good most days. Location was good for seeing Tucson, great Mexican restaurant across the street for dinner.
Running water noise like a fountain in the pipes. Wasn't disturbingly loud, just always going. Not bad if you like background noise, could be annoying to some.

This was probably a very nice total at one time, but has not been updated or power cleaned in quite some time. The first room was terrible. I wouldn’t sit on the couch, because it was stained really bad! Andrew at front desk was awesome he gave us a better room otherwise we were going somewhere else!

the room was very very spacious. the only issue is that they don't provide drinking water which you get in most hotels. the TV in the bedroom was not working. it wasn't an issue for me because i don't like watching TV. the TV in the living room was working though.(the room is so big there are two Tv sets)
they should provide drinking water ointment the rooms at least to welcome you. the internet reception was poor at times.

Great location for what we needed and where we needed to be.
Only saw house keeping once in 8 days and that was our last full day despite sign in reception saying room would be serviced three times in a week. Spoke to reception on three occasions re having room refreshed etc but to no avail. Had to ask for toilet roll, coffee pods at reception as well as towels which we had a change of only once and that was when we had to go and ask.
