Free breakfast

Booking stated 2 King beds. When we checked in it was 1 king and a pull out sofa. The mattress on sofa bed was maybe a double and just pathetic quality. Showed staff my actual booking email, stating clearly 2 king beds and he said sorry, 2 beds are sold

The A/C sucked its reading not correct I was wandering around my room in a knee length short sleeve night shirt sweating.Front desk staff gave je the third degree checking in claiming even though I had reserved and paid around 10 days earlier there was a problem with my card.Credit card company disagreed with the motel. All this took close to one hour I had a long drive and was tired and hungry not happy.I travel a lot and have stayed in some crummy motels from Tucson to Clackamas but have never been accused of not paying my credit card until this place.Location sucks you have to try to make a L turn across 3 lanes of traffic with no light to get in and out.Dangerous and stressful.Lots of more pleasant, better locations to stay than here.

Quiet location set back from a busy thoroughfare. Easy access to most of the city and close to good hiking.

The tile floors in the room could have been wet mopped rather than just vacuumed.

This is a very comfortable place with exceptional staff who made sure we had a pleasant stay. They cheerfully helped us out with doors, internet connections and everything else -- at the front desk, at breakfast and housekeeping. We enjoyed the subtle and sophisticared desert art and decor of the hotel. The breakfast was very good as well and included hot dishes. The practical and efficient coin operated laundry was great experience ! Although located in a secluded area, this property is close to good restaurants. We had a most enjoyable stay and would return.

My second time staying there for college baseball at Kino. Always clean, always friendly staff. I love the quiet location.

The lack of handicap entry at the front door. Having to walk further down then back up was an inconvenience for my 80yr old mom who uses a walker. I feel like handicap entry directly at the front door would benefit alot of people.
