Located close to TMC

It has always been such a beautiful hotel but seems kind of deserted now. Carpets are old and stained and bar closes to early.

didn't have their brkfst. The strong Starbucks coffee packets for coffee maker were great. More cream packets would complement the coffee (3 coffee trays, 2 little creamers.)

Hotel uses rooms to the back of hotel for discount bookings. Sheratons back rooms: dark hallways with dirty/dark carpeting. Room carpeting also dark and not clean. Details such as baseboards, need attention. Small, older fridge sits low in a cabinet. HARD TO GET TO AND HOLDS VERY LITTLE. The drape was loose and did not fully meet to allow privacy- this was a first floor room on the parking lot. No ice machine without a trek across the courtyard.

Price and location to other family in the area.

This is now my 4th or 5th time staying here and it seems like it is now understaffed as well as the property is starting to look ran down. Doors not working properly, Sheraton sign not lit up.carpets look worn outelevator looks horrible inside.

Room was nice

Staff made me wait telling me my room wasn't ready but was handing out keys to other customers who just walked up and checked in as I waited about 20 minutes for my room.

Location is great. Very much in the middle of where I needed to go.The place is very clean, spacious, and accommodating. Response from employees is prompt. I truly enjoyed my stay, I also thought the price was just right.Thank YOU.

Now a day most places offer free breakfast. Nice to have a few snacks available. I understand Having IHOP outside your door can be complicated.

I really enjoyed the pool and beds where soo comfortable!! I even ordered room service and fell in love with the chili!! I actually really enjoyed the stay.

The pool bathrooms were a little dirty and the woman's bathroom light was out so me and my 3 year old had to use the men's restroom.

Resort like feel, free breakfast & happy hour for club level.

If your room is on the east side of the building you may get woken up by medvac landing at the hospital, but it wasn’t too bad. The sun also comes in bright & early, but the room darkening shades are perfect.
