Clean and somewhat spacious room, with a two burner stove and a full size refrigerator.
Pay about $7 to wash and dry clothes even though you pay enough to stay there. No pans or anything to cook with, unless you probably rent them from the front desk. The bed wasn't comfortable. The elevator is very slow. Too many issues that a new hotel shouldn't have.

All the staff is friendly and and-helpful especially Veronica! This isn't a great location with walking distance too.Several restaurants and convenience stores. Generally it's a very nice and spacious room with a full size refrigerator and kitchenette facilities.
Given that it's a long-term stay, it's very odd that there are no racks for towels and no mirrors outside of the one in the bathroom.
I get that the target guest are medical professionals, but that's not the people I encountered. I know that several people had recently been evicted from their places, and given the low cost, this hotel is attractive for those in transition. I had a family with children above me and they made loud noises for several hours and late at night. I had two people involved in loud domestic altercations several days, right across the hall, to the point that the police were called.
I will say the staff was very responsive to my complaints.

It was close to the hospital and areas i needed to be near. Great staff, very accommodating, very friendly. Very clean facility. I felt safe and very comfortable. I will return at a future time!!
Only negative was whomever was staying above me sounded like they were moving the bed most of the night and rolling bowling balls on the floor. It did not bother me much.

The staff were all very friendly and the location can't be beat in terms of being close to TMC. The room appeared clean but if you're the type to remove shoes, you'll notice that your socks get very dirty. -Like black on the bottom dirty. I've never had this happen in a hotel before and it doesn't even happen in at home with two big dogs tracking in mud and dirt. -I did see housekeeping with a mop so maybe this was just my room. On the plus side, the room is super spacious and the bed was comfortable. I do think this is more of a short term apartment than it is a hotel, so just go into it knowing that. The hallway is very loud and you will hear when people are coming and going, you will hear if people have barking dogs. Even though the staff was very nice and the location was good for being close to the hospital, I probably would not stay here again. The price point was very expensive for what you got (especially considering that there aren't hairdryers in the room, the elevator was broken, and you have to rent dishes and things) and while the location was good, I wouldn't walk to and from the hospital in the dark. Even though it was a block away, the location did not feel the safest at night. (The elevator being broken was not a problem for me but would be a challenge for those with mobility issues)

Check in was easy and quick. The room was nice and clean. The parking was easy and we felt safe. I liked that I could fill up my water bottle with the water dispenser in the workout room/gym.
NO ICE machine available in the whole place? That's just crazy. I did not like that there were no toiletries provided, other than ONE small bar of soap. It would be nice to at least provide shampoo, or offer it when checking in. Not even a box of Kleenex/tissue in the room? It also would have been nice, since they don't even clean the room, to have an extra set of towels in the bathroom. We each got one towel and one washcloth. No bath mat provided for stepping onto when getting out of the shower. Someone could easily slip without one and I don't want to have to use my towel to step onto the floor. This was definitely on no frills place. No complementary breakfast, no ice, no room service unless it's requested. It felt skimpy. The place was mostly quiet until someone started talking or coming and going from their rooms/walking on the floor above, being loud in the parking lot. We could hear EVERYTHING as if the walls were made of paper.

It could have been nice, BUT!,the first room had not had changed sheets! The 2nd room given me had a loud tik-tok sound that I could not tolerate all night. The 3rd room given me was fine, except these rooms need bath room linens and utensils and bowls to be provided the basic traveler, and no info given on that.
Also, It was not a convenient area to my friends to get together with. They said I was way far east in Tucson. It took me 1.5 hrs. To find. Nobody I asked knew where it was, so lots of wrong directions.
