Unfortunately nothing much.

The check in process is very inconvenient, not friendly checking. Our rooms weren’t clean. 1 towels and 1 wash cloths is all you get. More of a “party” place than a family stay. Our 1st night, we came back from dinner. There were 3 cop cars in the parking lot arresting other guest. There are only steps so it was difficult lugging or beach stuff and personal baggage up and down.

I like that they approved a full refund

The place was a dump. No one was in the lobby. Had to find a maintenance man who checked us in . But the room he sent us to was not clean and ready so he sent us to another room. We opened the door to discover it was already occupied!!’ So we asked to cancel and find some where else.

I like the pool and the front desk was every reasonably understandable of my situation not having my driver license or ID when I checked in and allowed me to come back later. On top of that she gave me an extra blanket for my room since we have three dudes with two beds. Overall, very cozy!

Very pricey but I guessed that everywhere on Tybee.

Walking distance to the beach. My room was clean

The halls could have better lighting for security purposes the light outside my room was out. Staff was really nice but not many of them . I didn’t like that there was no one at the desk

We wanted to get away for the weekend and enjoy the beach. Which the beach was beautiful as always.

The room was dirty, clothes in drawers from previous tenants, dirty used soap in shower, holes in walls/doors, blow dryer was burned up and no longer worked and dead bugs in the light covers. We really got ripped off on this room! We feel like we should be refunded for the disgusting dirty room.

Very nice family runs this hotel, I'm on Tybee all the time & often stay here because they're almost always the cheapest rate on the islandThe beach is a block away across Butler & its located in the middle of the island so it's a short 10-15min walk whether you want to visit restaurants & shops on the north or south endThe main IGA grocery store on Tybee is also a 5min walk just a few blocks south

It's a small hotel, great for a peaceful, quiet stay compared to other hotels located on the much busier ends of the islands near the bars & restaurants, but if you want to stay where all the action is maybe not for you

It is a convenient location for our visit to the hospital in Savannah it is quiet and clean

The 50 dollar deposit is not appreciated especially the refunding process is to long and the price for the room is to much now it was more reasonable before The so called renovation is new paint mostly
