Do not stay on front side on garbage days. Very early in morning garbage trucks came and made horribly loud beeping noises that sounded like a loud alarm in the room for an extended period.

Great location, in walking distance from the GW University, National Mall, Georgetown, White House etc. The room is comfortable and very clean. The hotel is vintage-style, but well maintained. Friendly personnel.

We had a kitchenette in the room that had nothing but a fridge. No plates, no silverware. The room coffee was bad. Little conveniences like tea or even creamer for the coffee were missing. It was disappointing from this point of view.
