Location was excellent, the garden with the tables was lovely, staff was very friendly. We came after the hotel's reception was closed but the hotel staff sent us clear instructions on how to get in and how to find the rooms before our arrival. We were able to leave our luggage to the hotel before the departure. Breakfast was delicious and of good value for the money.
It would be nice to have a coffee/tea set in the room.

The property was clean and well located. It was close to the shopping street and tourists attractions but far enough to be away from all the noise. We stayed in a triple room and it was as stated on the website and shown in the pictures. The breakfast had the essentials, it was not too elaborate but we had a good hearty breakfast.
The bathroom and the cupboards could use a little bit of refurbishment. There was also some hair on the decorative pillows so I would recommend that they be cleaned :)

The location was fantastic for hopping in and out of the city. Checking in/out was very easy.
The room was hot (no air con) and small. You could open the window, but the noise from outside then kept you up. There was no privacy from the building opposite unless you had the window shutters closed, which made an already small room feel a lot smaller.

The staff were super helpful and personable, the room was clean and spacious and we had everything we needed in a very central location. To get to some of the rooms, you walk through a courtyard to a second building. Charming, but maybe not practical in the rain - although, they probably have umbrellas. There us no AC and I am not sure about heating.
I would not recommend the breakfast as there are many cafes nearby with more choices. However, the breakfast room/courtyard is charming.

Excellent location. Nice quiet room. Lovely friendly staff. Room was modern and clean. Shower was fantastic and roomy. There was a garden outside the room to sit in.
It was perfectly adequate but a nice touch would have been a kettle with coffee and tea but it was available at the reception so not a big issue. Garden area needed a bit of maintenance and flowers there would have been nice. Brugge is pretty pricy so you dont get much for 160 dollars and this was within our of the few places within our budget.

Being a two star hotel, I think this was pretty decent and good value - I could easily recommend it. The location is just excellent, in a quiet side street to the two most busy shopping streets in Brugge, and also just next to Thats Toast - an awesome breakfast place. The staff was friendly and helpful.
We spent 4 nights in room 5 - a family room. The room was nice and clean, but not very spaceous, and the big antique cabinet looked shabby chic, but useless for storing our clothes. Felt like a waste since it took up a lot of space. There is also a bit of noise transmitting through the door when other guests use the stairs to/from their rooms. No elevator and very narrow stairs. Also be aware of mosquitoes if you keep the window open at night, but I guess thats the same for all of Brugge Just a fan, no a/c, so you kinda want to keep the window open, so they should have a mosquito net in front of one of the windows.

- Fantastic location, within walking distance of the Grand Place and all the sights, but tucked down a quieter street, mostly with businesses that were closed in the evening so no noise/through traffic. - Very cute building! - Extremely friendly staff who were very communicative and accommodating of me arriving a bit later than reception was open.
- No A/C in the room, just a fan, but I managed fine as the room had an external metal shutter which I pulled down during the day to keep it cool for when I returned. This could be an issue with 2 people sharing during the hotter months, though. - Rooms are quite close together, so you could hear others returning to their rooms at night if you had come home earlier, but this was no big deal.

Wonderful place right in the centre, 15mins walk from the train station and a few minutes from a great bike rental. Very quiet at night as it is on a small pedestrian side street. We had a bedroom facing the courtyard so even quieter. The bed was so comfortable and the room felt large and airy with big windows. The shower was good. The cleaner came in daily to freshen the room. The receptionist staff was lovely and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in bruges.

Enjoyed this hotel as it has the best of both worlds, its in a great location as its very central for getting around the city, but at the same time away from the city crowds being on one of the side streets, so very little noise. It was one of our best hotel choices ever. The whole historic hotel building is charming, cute and yet modern inside with great style. Even the smallest room was cozy, clean and comfortable. We slept like babies. It's in the perfect distance from the main square - it's a 5 minute walk, in return the street is quiet at night, and the windows filter all the noises. The staff was super friendly as well. And that backyard. My God! It's a lovely place that I would happily choose anytime again. We miss it already.
You can hear the neighbouring rooms a little bit but nothing worrying compared to other European suburb hotels.
