- the privacy was null, they opened the room while I am in it twice!

The location is really close to the metro station and in a nice area.
The room wasn't properly cleaned. The bathtub was moving and it was dangerous to get in and out. The toilet was running water and water was coming out at all times, so the whole floor was always wet. Mold all around the tiles. We reported it, but nothing was done.

The location is quite convenient.. Staff very helpful and friendly. It's obvious the hotel has been designed with passion and had its good years. Various mini stores nearby to get basic groceries or a meal at the small pub across the street.
I stayed in two rooms at different rates. The standard 45 or 42 was rather warn off and in urgent need of renovation. There are safety issues with power points, although smoking isn't allowed the rooms had the specific odor, grout in bathrooms dirty, visible layer of dust on hairdryers, remote control dusty, No telephone in rooms or tea/coffee jug, ceilings getting grey especially around the air conditioners, missing pieces of the skirting. The published photos do not show these details and it's very disappointing to see once all has already been paid.

Unfortunately as said in other posts the hotel was in a poor state of repair, and a shadow of its former glory.

Fair price for accommodation in this location. The staff is nice, when at the reception.
However, the bathroom could be much cleaner and the WiFi was terrible if I could even get the signal. The parking is problematic like in every other city center. The green zone allows only four hours a day on the street, but the garage is in about 10 to 15 minutes walking distance.

The bathroom has bathtub, but it was so dirty and there is mold on the ceiling. If you get rid off that, you will be very good. The staff was so lazy. The woman at the reception was very very sleepy and I feel like I it's like getting in the way of the staff. There is no wifi in my room 44.

Yo, this place is in a sweet spot in Lozenets. It's super clean and comfy. There's a cool pub right across the road and a bunch of supermarkets nearby. Oh, and the room's huge, with a sofa and everything.

All facilities advertised on the page, were NOT available - no breakfast, no gym, no sauna. There was constant construction work and noise from the closed floor for refurbishing. The lights on the ceiling were all gone and those were the main source of light at night!
The bath tub was out of use - the jacuzzi spouts were all damaged - impossible to take a bath tub without those, based on the design of the bath. The shower was installed I side the non- functional bathtub, making it the only way to take a 'bath'. DUE TO THE DEPTH OF THE BATHTUB, taking a shower was dangerous, flimsy and not safe!

The table gives the opportunity to have a quick snack or late dinner without leaving the comfort of the room.
The adjustable lights in the room are lovely.
Even though there is a bath tub, we couldn't find a drain plug for it and couldn't use it.
There is a TV in the room, but the channels were not accessible.
The wall-plugs didn't look very safe as they are not well fastened.

I would book again if I need to stay again for 1-2 nights in Sofia.
The hotel has had its best moments 10+ years ago. It's not terrible but definitely not a place to enjoy long stays.
Remember you get what you pay for... it's not fancy but you will probably get more here than similarly priced hotels in Sofia.

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed. As other reviews note, electricians went wild when the hotel was built and installed 3 times as many switches and outlets as needed, but this doesn't affect usability of the room. I would stay here again
