The breakfast room is very small for the number of bedrooms in the hotel. There are only high tables and it was very crowded the first morning with a queue of people waiting to have breakfast. The breakfast is continental and the choice is good, but if you do not eat dairy products, there were only available muffins, bread and jam, so this was very limited.

Plus plus the bed and pillows in our room EXCELLENT on both the queen beds great sleep. Water pressure was great. The actual height of the shower head was for people of 6 feet hard to reach.
Kitchen lack of capacity seating a definitely a negative. Minor no iron . The closet to hang jackets shirts is short and above refrigerator. Minor but still can use a fix.

It's close to Berri-Uqam station which is very convenient when you're travelling and going to different places in downtown montreal. There's a also a 24/7 coffee and water available. In terms of restaurants/fast food there are lots near the hotel like 5 minutes walk. It is near to the gay village.
I didn't receive any daily service in my whole stay. Nobody change the towels and take the garbage. The room sometimes feels cold. There are also homeless that you may bump into on your way back to the hotel but they're harmless but always take care and be vigilant.

The room was comfortable, a little less spacious which is expected from a budget option. And the breakfast was good to start the day with. Overall a good experience and if the prices remain the same, I will book the same hotel next time I visit Montreal
Not a big deal - the first room we were given had not been cleaned by housekeeping. I suppose it was a miscommunication between teams which is not a big deal. We were given a new room immediately

Noemi simpathy is astonishing. Breakfast was a nice surprise, I wasn't expecting much but is better than expected. Free hot beverages 24/7, metro station very near.
Not a big problem but be prepared for some noises, nothing that a headphones wouldn't solve (or ear plugs)

The check-in went smooth and staff was pleasant. The room was clean, the bed made well and we slept comfortably. The coffee machine in the breakfast area was very nice and makes a several different coffees. We could use it any time of day: the coffee machine was the highlight of our stay here.
The room was cramped, the bed was too high and there was only 1 chair. There was barely room to walk around the bed because of the office chair in the way. I noted 2 portable devices, looking like a heater and a fan but no A/C even though the ad claimed there was A/C. We definitely would not come back there during the summer.
We did not get new towels on day 2 and had to make do with the 1 set that was left (there were 3 sets) even though we did not display our "Do not disturb" sign. We were not advised that this was their housekeeping policy.
The breakfast was minimal but it was exactly as advertised.
