Neighbouring room, connected by a door, had a cat, it wouldn't stop meowing, we asked to be moved to a new room, and staff moved us immediately and upgraded our room. Rooms are soundproof, beds are super comfortable, housekeeping is awesome, Tbsp restaurant is delicious. Location is great.
Not many channels on TV and Netflix not available to watch.

This was a spectacular hotel and stay. The first was I was upgraded at no extra charge to a fabulous suite. The quality of the hotel was fantastic, but what made the stay were the small extra things the hotel has done to improve the stay making it impossible to beat: - there was a moet vending machine - nespresso coffee machine in the room with pods topped up everyday - the window in my room overlooked a bland wall - that was decorated/painted.
No issues here at all. This was a perfect stay.
