Nice apartment clean and located in a nice area with walking distance to the old town, safe and secure. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. Good communication from Louis the owner. Easy parking in the streets near by.

There are a lot objects everywhere in the flat and this made it difficult to put our belongings anywhere on the little space available on the shelves. No kitchen towel to dry the plates and glasses. We were lucky that our first two nights fell on the weekend as on Monday morning our wake up was at 06:50 am from the strong road work just outside.

Awesome location in the charming neighbourhood of St-Roch, just off the main shopping street. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for our 4-night stay. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Very little to complain about, especially considering the price paid. The bathroom fan made a weird noise, but we never left it on.

Location was nice, but I would recomment it for couples without toddlers, was a little bit hard to go up with the stroller. All the reccomendations were good about grocery and places to eat.

A little bit confusing with internet, because there is one wi-fi password on the friedge and the other one in the instruction., you get in the mail I would remove the incorreet wi fi pasport

The apartment was very cozy and nice. There were lots of cooking materials, condiments, etc provided which was really nice. There were also a lot of games put in the apartment. The elevator in the building was also helpful to carry the luggages.

Not really the owner's fault, but in the time that we were staying in the apartment there were A LOT of construction going on right outside of the building which made a lot of noises from early in the morning and it also made it hard for us to access the apartment especially with luggages. Eventually we had to change our reservation and go somewhere else. It would be nice to let travellers know about such construction works beforehand or not rent the apartment at the time of construction.

A bit dusty and some of the ppliances did not work (the kettle in particular). AC was noisy and not that powerful.

Roomy, clean loft with fancy decorations, a great kitchen and an excellent shower! Great location - when there is no noisy construction site directly in front of the window.

The owner failed to mention the extremely noisy construction site directly in front of the only window. The window is *not* soundproof, and the noise during the day was unbearable. The loft was rather dark,, and became very hot when the AC was off, and the AC was too loud to keep it running during the night.

the beds were comfortable. the kitchen had all the utensils and everything you need. the room and bathroom was clean as well.

there was a portable ac that wasnt working properly. it became too hot and uncomfortable during night. and we had to fix the temperature several times. the location was not so convenient and the worst part is no onsite parking.

The location is great, the appartement at first glance too with comfy beds and shower. Well equipped, nice staff.

Though the building and appartement need some love and maintenance. The washing machine is not on the appartement and thus Shared and paid, and the noise from outside (Construction and Party people) can keep you awake.

The appartement was beautiful, cosy and very clean! The beds were very comfortable. Several (paid) parking options nearby. Very nice and well equipped kitchen and bath room. Good value for the price! Great location if you want to discover both basse-ville as haute-ville, it's located nicely in the middle! Most places are on walking distance and lots of public transportation options. Many bars and restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this appartement!

The appartement has thin walls. At a certain point in time, we could hear the neighbors talking and understand what they were saying. There was work being done next door and in the hallway, which made a lot of noise, it would have been nice to be informed of this in advance. Also there's a construction site across the street. If you're very sensitive to noises, it might not be the best option, at least for now. At night there was no problem with noise though! Bring earplugs to be sure :-) For a little while, we had no water due to the work being done in the building. A somewhat ugly hallway and entrance hall. The only reason I rate this appartement an 8 instead of a 9 is because they didn't inform us of the loud work being done in the building and the water being shut off for a little while.

The style of the room, complete equipped kitchen, everything was clean.

In the evenings the location and the coming home was a bit scary. Unfortunately there are a lot of homeless people around and they want to sneek in to get a warm and dry place to sleep. There is no real reception, the access code will come via mail, therefore its kind of impersonal.
