Great location, a stone's throw from Vieux-Qubec and situated in the heart of the Saint-Roch district. Close to bars, restaurants, shopping and other services. Very clean and recently renovated apartments, with small courtyard access for guests. Overall, nice and helpful staff. Highly recommend Les Lofts!
Only criticism we would have is that our TV did not have the Netflix app, or it was not working as advertised, and the room above us was a little rowdy.

during this stay, the room was not cleaned properly. The used soap of the previous guest was still in the bathroom. The dishwasher had not been emptied. The recycling bin was still full with the previous guest's food packaging.

The place was perfect! We really loved the location (walking distance to the old city area) and the fact that there was a washer and dryer. Perfect for a quick or longer stay. It was also extremely clean.
Having coffee on site would have been an added bonus. Being able to have an earlier check in would also be ideal if possible. We otherwise really enjoyed it.

Absolutely amazing apartment and also one of the most comfortable ones during our trip. Super clean, extra spacious, perfectly equipped even for a longer stays. Well desinged and cozy interiors. Location is pretty convenient, with some restaurants nearby and within walking distance from the upper part of the city. Totally recommended and great value for the price! If I'll ever come back to QC, I'd definitely prefer to stay at the same place :)
I found the tipping system a little bit "pressing", especially keeping in mind the fact that since we arrived we did not meet anyone except for one person from the reception desk Staff.

We arrived at the property earlier in the day and were able to leave our bags in the luggage room, which was great. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, but dirty.
Check-in was very confusing and disorganised. Check-in was at 4pm and when we tried to check-in just 15 mins before, we were told we were told we could only check-in dead on 4pm, which I've never had before with any other property. We waiting around till 4pm and as soon as this came around, the woman on the front desk took her bag and left without saying a word, leaving myself, my friend and 2 other guests extremely confused as to how to check-in. I called consumer services who were also extremely unhelpful and just said that our room would be ready, but no other instructions. We then managed to speak to another member of staff who showed up about 25 mins later and was also extremely rude. When we asked what was going on, she said ' I don't know' and then told us we could just go to our room. When we arrived in our room, we saw immediately that it had not been cleaned properly. There was an old filter bag of coffee left in the coffee machine, the glass kettle had not be cleaned, there were dirty plates in the cupboard and we hadn't been given any fresh toilet roll. Overall, extremely unimpressed with the customer service at the property and our apartment was not properly cleaned. I would not recommend staying here.

The staff downstairs was really nice and helpful. The apartment was very clean, and well equipped for a week's stay, especially with the washing and drying machines. The furniture was very accommodating. We made use of the kitchen utensils to prepare our own food.
There was really not much to comment on. Just a few suggestions: 1- Connect TV to Netflix 2- Provide more than 3 capsules for the dishwasher, especially for someone who is going to have a long stay. 3- Use a regular duvet cover, instead of tucking the duvet between two blankets, as it could get a bit annoying when making the bed every night. But that's pretty much it; nothing major. Everything was perfect.

the couch cushion would slip down every time we sat on it, since it was a pullout. it was not comfortable.

Location is amazing! Walking distance to restaurants, fast food and stores. Very close to major hwys. Aquarium, val cartier villages 20min away. Super close to old quebec. Indoor parking near by for $10 a day. Apartments are absolutely beautiful and spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped. It felt like a home away from home. We will book our March break there every year. Bonus: the washer machine was fabulous because we got to do our laundry before leaving :) Highly recommend this place!
We loved everything about our stay! The only "complaint" I have is that there is no shelf or place to put shampoo/soap in the shower so that was a huge pain but we managed.

The hotel was in a good location, close to the buses and to lots of eating places (although many closed on a Sunday and Monday). Room was a good size and a nice walk in shower. The lady on reception on arrival was lovely as were a couple of other reception staff at the times they were there! However.....
If you don't have a phone you can use locally you are scuppered. They expect that you will phone them and even wanted a copy of my passport and credit card by email. I did negotiate showing them this on arrival as this is not secure and I couldn't get emails without wifi! They don't have a fully manned reception so at times this was an issue, especially after I left my luggage with them when checking out and then there was no-one there to open the secure location to give me it back. I had to phone and then wait for the quite rude guy in another building to come over so I could go and catch my train. The sofa was a pull out bed so was not comfortable at all as the cushions kept slipping off; the toaster needed cleaning; no slip mat in the shower nor anywhere to put your toiletries whilst in the shower; disappointed that they didn't provide any tea or coffee, the only place on my travels for 3 weeks not to do so. All instructions about the room had to be scanned in (again assuming a phone!) and the tv instructions did not work on the tv they had. No room service but there were plenty of towels to keep me going.

Really nice apartment with high ceilings and everything we needed.
It was a bit outside of the old city, but plenty of parking available in the old city for those who are on a trip.

Reasonable pricing, Spacious, decently cleaned, and the location is good.
It couldve been the language barrier, but there was a staff who would just come straight into the room to check the air conditioning without any communications. Also, the cleaning staff would just knock on the door without saying anything several times, despite the fact that we asked who it was.

Nicely appointed loft, close to the old town.
Some small things were missing in the loft, that we had in the previous one - for instance, there was no dish-cloth to dry the dishes, and the dish-soap was also missing.

Hosts at front desk so unfriendly to the point of rude (except a women one morning who smiled and said Bonjour) A lack of hooks, cupboards for hanging towels and clothes.

Great location, style of the the hotel and useful kitchenette
The tablewares, pots and kettle are damage and rusted in our room. The coffee machine has great amount of residue. The staff werent at the lobby most of time, its had to find the staff when we need help
