Everything about the hotel was perfect. The staff were excellent and very attentive. The accommodations were great. The fitness rooms were outstanding, lockers, showers. Everything was immaculate. Great location, street cars take you everywhere. Looking forward to coming back soon.

The location on the W Queen Street wheres a popular and trendy location, very close to Ossington strip. Very clean, beautiful heritage hotel and the King Loft room where I stayed was amazing with big windows. The staffs are truly amazing and super friendly.
Nothing. Theres a construction by the intersection of the hotel so it can get noisy during the day but thats unrelated to the hotel.
No bath in the room but very nice shower. The design is a bit inefficient as the water splash around the bathroom.

The deco is nice and the hotels got its character. Friendly and professional staff. If strictly speaking from the perspective as a tourist, the location is not central. But I like the vibe of the area and so would find the location ok.
Smelly towels, and thats the reason I gave a low mark for cleanliness. Otherwise, the room actually is clean.
The price tag is high.

This is a very cool hotel, and the room was great, not big, but well planned out. It was a reasonable size, not tiny and cramped like you find in a lot of big city retrofit hotels. The bed was amazingly comfortable with fantastic linens and pillows. The supplied amenities are great quality. The hotel overall is very interesting, hung with a rotating art collection and small lounges on each floor, for billiards, or reading. My floor had a full coffee station.
Nothing serious. The hotel has maintained the ancient, hand-controlled elevator, which is charming AF, but means if the operator is busy dealing with other guests, you can wait a long time for them to come and get you. Really, it’s only an issue when you’re moving luggage, or find 4 flights of stairs difficult.

It had a cool artistic design. Staff were also friendly, especially the cleaning ladies.
Listing said queen bed. It was definitely NOT a queen sized bed and was quite narrow. Most likely just a double so that was disappointing. There was also no fridge or microwave :(

It’s small but well managed and you have bar downstairs and the place is nicely decorated. Just 10 min walk from property on Ossington there are a lot of nice restaurants
This wasn’t a problem for me because I’m used to live in the city but at night you do hear train and some street noises which are not a lot. There’s no free parking and you have to walk just a little bit from metro or where you decide to park

Such a beautiful place located on a charming street packed with galleries, shops and restaurants. Very nicely decorated, with many interesting details, like the paintings on the walls, hangers in the room, beautiful old elevator or those cozy areas on each floor. Clean, comfortable, with proffesional and kind staff. Unlike many other hotels, this one has a nice, homey feeling and I only wish I could have stayed longer!
There is nothing to dislike, this place is a gem!

The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable.
There was a lot of noise from the street which disrupted our sleep. The bar staff had cashed up so we then weren't able to get a drink when we arrived back at 21:50. The bathroom had a glass wall, which may make some guests feel uncomfortable with not having privacy.

I watched the available video on their web site about where to park. I thought I had parked in the proper spot and explained to the desk clerk EXACTLY where I was. She told me it was fine. Upon retrieving my car I found a $75 parking ticket. When I came back to the hotel desk to complain they told me I had erred. They said IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME! If that is so they should really figure a way to make sure their parking guests get THE BEST INSTRUCTION and confirmation that they are in the proper spot. They said they would reimburse my $30. parking fee that was put on my bill but THEY DID NOT. So I have paid $105. to park at this hotel. NEVER AGAIN!!!
