The location is great: 1 block from the river and 4 blocks from the central plaza. The staff was very helpful. The inside garden courtyard was nice, and it was pretty quiet considering how noisy the neighborhood could be.

The location would have been great if the hotel was well marked with clear signs, but the entrance didn't match the address so it was extremely hard to find, located in the historic district which we were looking forward to visiting but could not tolerate the hotel.
