Very clean and comfortable. Only a few minutes walk from the main square and lots of great restaurants in the next street. The owners speak English and helpful. Good breakfast.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. breakfast was good. Usual fair for travel in South America. Eggs, bread, fruit, coffee, tea etc... Good quality though... Bunnies in the garden kept us entertained. Great spot for tourists, in the middle of everything you need. We extended our stay from 4 to 7

The owners were very cordial, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located in an older building, but has been completely renovated. Our room was comfortable, but basic. The hotels location is great- just about 5 minutes walk from the main plaza. The owner is very nice and speaks fluent English. The room was big and very clean. They had good juices for breakfast.

Great place to stay, and excellently run! The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful, and provides as much advice and support as he can. Great location near to the centre of Cuenca. Would absolutely recommend this and stay again.

The rooms at this hotel are so reasonable that I was a little afraid of what the rooms might be like. They turned out to be very comfortable, representing a fantastic value. I enjoyed the breakfast of eggs, bread, coffee and juice. Especially the fruit juice! The service was excellent. The server was prompt and courteous. Though I arrived a little early for check in the staff member showed me to my room.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, felt very comfortable and every corner decorated. Shower water pressure was amazing and the rooms got very dark and quiet for excellent sleep.

The place is very central, a few minutes walk from the main church. The reception lady is very helpful ordering a taxi and preparing breakfast. This hotel is centrally located - historical sites, restaurants, bars and clubs - everything is within a few minutes walk. The hotel was clean and the staff attentive. There are two comfortable sitting areas on the first floor. The beds are comfortable.

Very closely located to the center of old town, and the rooms are very quiet. Even when the streets are super busy, you can hardly hear a sound.
