The interior design is beautiful. The staff are super nice and helpful. There are good places to eat nearby and it's a paradise for shopping lovers. Mainly clothes and accesories but there are some souvenir shops too.
There is no lift and we had a toddler and a stroller so the lack of lift was an inconvenience everytime we went out (the reception is on the first floor and our room on the second, but the staircase was very high so it felt like more). The roundabout at which the street is located is very busy and noisy, and the windows don't offer much sound isolation.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. The personnel is really kind (thank you for your hospitality Eid :)). The first room we were put in was quite small for 2 people, but after we asked for change, they kindly moved us to a bigger room with a street view and a terrace. Also, when we asked to have early breakfast (7:30) they did it for us and brought it to our room.
The bedsheets looked a bit dirty and old in the first room. Also the rug in the floor seemed a bit dirty. The water in the shower got stuck. The wifi only allows you to chat and browse the internet but not to stream anything or call vรญa WhatsApp. The breakfast (yogurt, cornflakes, hot dot bread, jam, cream cheese, eggs and coffee) could be of a better quality and taste. They could also include some fruits.

The rooms were spacious, had balconies, comfy with great air conditioning. Towels were changed everyday. Location is central and close to many places. The breakfast served was great with yogurt, cheese, jams, tea , coffee, bread and eggs every day. Joseph at reception and Mona and Niamah in the kitchen were superb and looked after us very well.
The absence of lift is a disadvantage as the hotel is located on the first floor with rooms on second and third floor as well. So lots of stairs to climb everyday. The location being central is very noisy at night , but you get used to it. The carpets are a bit tired and need thorough cleaning. They do offer tour packages which are highly priced and can be done on your own as Uber is very cheap and all you have to do is buy the tickets of the places you want to see. Public in general tries to be overly helpful but demands money in return so be careful. There are some additional charges when booking like service tax, cleaning charges and city taxes which are not shown on the page when booking the hotel. They are added extra on top of the booking later.

Good location, about ten minutes by foot to The Egyptian Museum, that if you manage to cross the streets, given there are no pedestrian crossings or traffic lights for miles and the drivers donโt ever slow down. The building itself has seen better days, but itโs still quite impressive. Spacious rooms with traditional design and a cosy balcony.
The doors need mending, as itโs a minute-long stuggle to lock, unlock and open them. Breakfast was meagre, for two persons two cups of coffee, four tiny breads, three triangles of processed cheese, two yogurts and corn flakes and two smelly blueish eggs we could not eat. Most of the staff doesnโt speak English.
You need to be aware before you book a tour at the hotel, as it may be presented as the Giza Pyramids guided tour or Old Cairo guided tour, but what you get for 90 dollars for two is just a cab driver who drops you off in a place telling you heโs going to pick you up in two hours and letting you find your own way through the chaotic streets and alleys. No actual guided tour and no information provided. Fortunately, we knew exactly what we wanted to see and had a rough idea on how to get there. The driver on our second so-called tour (Old Cairo โ Islamic and Coptic) didnโt even speak English or any other language apart from Arabic. Also, admission fees are not included.
You need to watch out as the so-called guides have their own connections and will insist to impose upon you paying more on the spot for some products and services. The driver from our first so-called tour (to the Giza Pyramids) took us to a place where one of his connections offered to take us on a tour of the Pyramids for a whopping 500 dollars. That after we had already payed 90 dollars for the Pyramid Tour. Note that the entrance fee to the Giza Plateau is only 11 dollars per person (foreigners can only pay by card), but they will tell you that you wouldnโt be able to go on your own, as itโs a huge area and you would need to walk too much or even get lost. They kept insisting, but we refused and went on our own. We paid only 22 dollars for the both of us and saw all the sights without a problem, even with the dozens of other hustlers making us offers upon offers. So the only thing you get out of these tours is a cab ride and continuous hustle and attempts to get more money from you.

The location of the facility was quite good. Our room was adequate in size. In addition, we had to check-in into the hotel before our reservation date, as we had a problem with the hotel our other reservation. The staff helped us a lot in this regard.
Although it was not very disturbing, there was a smell in the rooms because the hotel was old. Since I was traveling with my family, the lack of an elevator in the hotel made it difficult for us.

Cairo Inn is in Downtown. We chose this hotel because we wanted to be in a lively neighbourhood in Cairo. We also wanted to be close enough to the attractions that we wanted to go to. The hotel was clean, had a comfy bed, good air con, kettle and a fridge, which was just perfect for our 2 days visit to see Cairo.
Joseph and his team were very friendly & helpful, they arranged pick up and drop off from/to the airport for $20 each way which I would recommend as Cairo airport can be chaotic.
The deco is a little dated.

The room itself was very clean and modern and was well cared for while there. Free breakfast was delivered to our room upon request each morning. Staff was extremely helpful and responsive. A mix-up in credit card billing was corrected when I brought it to the hotel's attention after our stay. Communication prior to and after arrival was great via WhatsApp. Within walking distance of Egyptian Museum.
Don't be turned off by the undeveloped exterior and entrance into the hotel. The hotel itself is on the second floor, and then it looks and feels like a modern hotel. There is no elevator, but staff is quick to help with bags. This is on a busy Cairo square, but you can't avoid congestion anywhere in Cairo.

The location was great and the staff was friendly.
First thing first, when we arrived, we received another room than we booked and we had to stay there for the night because the room we booked was not available (they gave it to someone else even if we had a booking and they knew we were coming). In the morning we changed room and received the room we've booked. There was mold on the ceiling, the bathroom was horror (humidity and dirt everywhere), the sheets had lints everywhere, the pillows had a strong ew smell, breakfast was okish, but it was not enough food. At some point in our stay, the ceiling fell apart and we had mold and parts of ceiling everywhere.

The staff charged us way more extra for the taxi when we hadn't even used it and the manner of talk was also not nice about it .. the carpets had stains .. the bathroom door lock wasn't working ..

The room was good. Location was good if you can handle the noise of the traffic all day and night. Staff friendly. Room cleaned every day. Breakfast in room only. Slippers provided in our suite.
Avoid booking tours without finding out EXACTLY what you pay for! Pyramid tour was arranged. We thought we were paying for the tour. Turned out it was for a driver to take us there (via papyrus museum which we didnโt appear to have a choice about. Very pushy driver). When we arrived in Giza we were taken to a tour operator (turned out he had financial connections to the papyrus museum also!!). He said we could do the trip with camels or horse and cart, but only the delux trip would allow us to see the large pyramid. Absolutely rubbish. We paid over ยฃ300 for this experience + ticket for seeing the sphynx! Totally ripped off. The only good part was our allocated horse and cart driver who was amazing. Solomum. Suggest if anyone wants to do this trip they get a taxi there and then negotiate a price on site once in, IF you want to get a ride around the area rather than walk. Get to Giza before you start paying. The driver then took us to an Egyptian restaurant on the way back where I caught food poisoning and spent my 4 days in bed.

The breakfast is awesome. Staffs are kind, helpful and professional. Interior of the hotel is amazing. The location is excellent. Easy access to attractions places by walk or Uber.
Maybe they should change the carpet.

Location fantastic. Room cleaned daily, fresh towels etc. Breakfast very nice (big thank you to Shery-Lady who did breakfast n room), very good wifi. Safe n secure stay.
There's no lift which could be problem for some but staff very willing to assist with bags if needed.

Nothing much. Only the location was good and staff were decent
The property is completely not worth. There was water leakage in the bathroom and the whole room was smelling of chlorine and we were not even offered a change of room. The room is not in the best of shape and extremely overpriced. The dinner is the worst quality and prices and even 5 star like Hilton and Marriot were cheaper. On the whole I would completely avoid this hotel unless the room. Not worth anything above $25.

They have excellent customer service all the staff are very cooperative and give answers for any questions that we have.
I didn't see any thing that I don't like. But I prefer if they put a chair with a small table inside the room.

Staff was amazing. Very helpful.
First room had balcony looking over junk yard.
Second room was ok. Looking over busy street. Windows were not sound proof. No elevators, but staff helped us with luggage, and were available 24/7.
