The bathroom / toilet layout was unusually weird… toilet and shower in 1 room, sink and bidet in another. There was an annoyingly placed light switch directly behind the pillows so if you roll over during the night or are sat up watching the small TV, slight chance of light being accidentally flickered

It was clean but very tired looking. The wiring on the bedside light in room 212 was iffy. The lights came on in the middle of the night without us touching them which was a bit disconcerting. The soundproofing was very poor.

The hotel location was excellent, where you in the mix of everything. The staff were very friendly. Good breakfast to set you off for the day. The room was basic, but we did not expect a 5 star for the price.
Maybe a safe in the room would have been a good touch even if we had to pay extra.

This room is decent value for the money, and in a great location very close to the center of the city. Breakfast was much better than I expected and the bread and pastries were fresh and the coffee was good. Air conditioning in the room was a plus, and the bed was comfortable.
The hotel itself is a bit shabby, and the room smelled like cigarettes. For a few nights it was perfectly fine, but I wouldn't stay for much longer than that. Overall good value.

Smack dab in the middle of everything. Easy walk to all the sights and train station. Right next to Toulouse's main food market. The room is small but has a small desk you can work at. There are several other similarly-named and maybe co-owned hotels nearby so check your address carefully.
Hotel is definitely worn and a little grubby. It's holding on for now but needs some renovating soon. The bathroom is tight.

Great location but hotel dated. You get what you pay for so I would say it is excellent value for money. Friendly staff and easy parking. If you’re looking for somewhere to spend a night in Toulouse on your way to somewhere else this hotel is ideal BUT it is dated.

the hotel is located near the train station and close to the center, and the girls at the reception are quite friendly, that's where the positive aspects of this hotel end.
There is a market next to the hotel, and garbage collectors and traders start driving around early in the morning, making it very noisy. While the noise might be bearable, the real issue is the terrible filth everywhere: peeling walls, grey, old, worn-out towels in the room, mold in the bathroom, and a non-functioning air conditioner. The carpeting throughout the hotel, which was probably once pink with the word "Toulouse" on it, is now in desperate need of a deep clean or, better yet, replacement. This should have been done 20 years ago. Check-out is at 10 AM, and check-in is at 3 PM, but cleaning doesn't begin until 3 PM, and it seems to consist of little more than a vacuum cleaner rattling on the floor. Hotels like this, frankly, tarnish the experience of an otherwise interesting city. Wifi, it's easier to say that it doesn't exist.

Everything is worn our, smells musty, there's mold in the shower, and there’s no shower curtain. Worst of all, there's no door to the bathroom - just a shutter like an old west saloon.
Any hotel in the city center will be loud, but all the noise here is from the neighbors. You'll hear everything from their bathroom use to snoring!

1. WI-FI is there just for show. It is impossible to use the Internet.
2. There was no lighting in the bathroom in my room. There were light bulbs above the mirror, but they didn't work either.

Totally brilliant ? location right in the centre of Toulouse & opposite the mouthwatering indoor market, which has delicious restaurants on the first floor at lunchtime.
The balcony was fantastic especially as I smoke. I’ve stayed here before but this was the first time I had a balcony and in future I shall always try and get one.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is two stars and that is reflected in the price. The carpet really could do with a makeover but the rooms are clean & comfortable.

Good location (you can walk easily to all main touristic attractions) , everything (room, bathroom...) worked fine, and is well maintained. Price well reasonable considering the location. I have been there several times for business and I know what to expect. Public (pay)parking just in front. The city market in front and the many restaurant close-by are a good asset.
It is an old hotel in the center of an old city...rooms, corridors, bathrooms, etc. are in need of renewing (carpets first !) My room was a bit cramped but sufficient, instead the bathroom was very big, with a bath tub. Furniture was quite cheap but in good state.
