I like that there was good channels on the television

The hallways were nasty, the room is not updated at all, the bathroom was falling apart just like the bed, trash was being displayed in the hallway I guess for the cleaners to come and pick them up but everything else was ok.

NO INTERNET WIFI SPEED ONLY 32 TO 65 Mbps they tell you to buy RIP OFF SPEED NEVER CHANGES. EXIT DOORS DONT LOCK ANYONE CAN GET IN. NO GRAB AND GO BREAKFAST. PEOPLE WHO LIVE THERE SEEM VERY DOWN ON THERE LUCK BUT THEY HAVE A ROOD OVER THEIR HEAD. SEEMS LIKE A HOMELESS SHELTER. HORRIBLE!!!!

The carpets need to be changed, the garage needs to be picked up and the outside needs to be kept clean. Maintenance in the rooms need to be updated; especially, with their furniture like TVs, lamps, bathroom exhaust and so on.

The beds were comfortable. The checkin process was simple. The room was ok.

There was no breakfast any of the days I was there. I feel I should get back $20 per night for that reason. The gym facility was not tended to and could have used cleaning. The elevator was dirty the whole time and never cleaned. The halls were not cleaned either. The bathroom walls could use some work as there was a pool of water in the ceiling which looked like it was from a leak. The pull out couch bed needed to be replaced as that was hanging on by a thread. There was no early checkin. Our flight landed at 9:30 and the hotel was unable to accommodate me until 3pm. Also, the rooms could use some renovations.

Spacious room.

First room smelled terribly of smoke, pull out couch had black dirt/soot, stains all over the mattress. Facility accommodated a room change. Second room was better, but not great. Pull out bed was broken and couldn’t be turned back into the couch. Extra linens were not available and had to wait a hour for them to be cleaned. Beds were small and didn’t seem like the facility of the most secure. We left at 4 am to catch an early flight and front door was propped open.

Close to where I had to be for one night

I stayed at this facility for almost 2 weeks, about 18 months ago. The difference in the cleanliness is depressing to see. The place is generally grubby both outside and inside the building. Room smelled, carpet sticky and the bathroom was disgusting.

It was better then sleeping in the airport.

No laundry detergent available. Had to leave the site to find some. Unexpected layover and needed to wash clothing and that was a deciding factor to choose this hotel. There was a penalty fee for checking in early despite a room was ready. Staff was mediocre at best. Water pressure in the shower was a dribble, took twice as long to rinse soap off. Faucet in the tub countiuosly leaked regardless if the handle was in the off position.

The convenience of walking to the Chase Stadium and also the Cypress Creek Trirail station.

We asked for two extra pillows and we were told there were none. The showerhead kept dripping water;we couldn’t turn it off completely. Consequently the floor got wet. I suggest you get that tightened. There was a party going on outside of our window at 4 am with the music cranked right up from their car. We were also attending the Miami Open men’s Semifinals and would’ve liked to watch Tennis before we went for the Friday night match. We were in room 122 and our friends were in 108. These issues were reported to the day staff on checkout and she said she would let her manager know.

Location was close by the places I needed to visit. Check in was fast. Front desk attendant is available almost anytime. Full sized refrigerator and microwave available

The hotel is in desperate need of renovations, dirty musty carpet in the hallway and room, peeling cabinets On booking it advertised breakfast, there was none at anytime during the breakfast times in my 3days 2 night stay. The front desk just responded well that means all is gone. Bathroom shower was leaking so annoying dripping sounds. The toilet wasn't flushing properly. I meet large amounts of toilet paper in the toilet of what was supposed to be a cleaned room. The toilet wasn't flushing a plumber had to come. He fixed the issue and the next day same issue.

I definitely would not recommend this hotel ever not even to my worst enemy. I can not find the slightest positive comment to add. Maybe just the AC did work. The furniture and general space in the room were damaged and unkept and definitely super dirty.
