I did not like it all that there was $150 deposit that is clearly insane lol I've traveled extensively many hotels and I have paid between $20 and $50 for a deposit for the night I loved the hotel, but would not go back the deposit was too high

Pricing is decent. There is plenty of parking and the pool was pleasant. There is also a hot tub.

The hotel is a little dated, and the repairs and maintenance work are not well done. The air conditioner in the room that we stayed in did not function as most patrons would expect it to. The elevator requires you to scan your key card before you can press a room number. This was not disclosed to us by any of the staff prior to getting on the elevator. We thought that the first elevator that we got on didn’t work. When we told a staff member that the elevator didn’t work, they said it did work, but they did not offer an explanation about the Access card needing to be scanned to press a button. We learned that from another patron of the hotel.

The room was spacious, and the hallway view was spectacular. Everything was very clean.

The amenities could be improved. There was no soap to wash hands, and the shampoo and conditioner could be better—more in line with standard brands like Dove. The location is close to the train station, for this reason there aren’t many stores nearby.

The location, the water fall and restaurant in the hotel. That’s the best part of the hotel.

I asked the guy at the front desk if I could have the burgundy bible, that’s from Gideon. He told me, if I take, I will be charged. I told him I didn’t take it and I was asking him if I could have one. He told me he had to talk to housekeeping, because they have a price sheet. I told him don’t worry about it because we were about to leave, heading back out of town. I reached out to Gideon who supplies the bibles for the hotels. Found out that the bibles are for customers to take for free. That didn’t set well with me, when the front desk guy said I would have to pay for it. The front desk definitely needs to know policy.
