Buy a ice machine and offer a bottle of orange juice or something. It would also be nice for them to actually have secured parking like the advertised. It states ( gated) in actuality it a fence. No gate in a shady area. I wouldn't let my wife or teen walk to the car alone even in the daytime. And best of all we requested a queen size and got a full sized bed

The place was beyond filthy and in horrible shape. Carpet in halls was wet and mildewed. The odor was unbearable. Sadly I had booked 5 rooms and had to cancel and go to Hampton inn Lost $800!!!! But at least we didnt have to stay in that dump! Literally needs to be condemned by the state !!

Filty around the complex, you could smell Marijuana everywhere. Bathroom quite old and outdated. Bed too soft for my liking, unable to close curtains all the way. Overall very bad experience.

I can't comment on the brakefast because I didn't have any, the location is great but the elevator need some serious work also the hallway need to be clean . The hotel need to upgrade the furniture.

I didn't like the fact that the microwave in my room was not working, the bathroom sink was not working properly and the toilet was shaking every time I sit on it, over all the place need some work

Everything the place needs to be upgraded. I clicked on a light and it sparked and the braker tripped! My TV never came on . Some of the sockets weren't working , Everything is rusted. Smt .

Staff was very nice and helpful. The TV wasn't getting all the channels and they tried to fix the problem. Eventually they called the cable company and found it was a cable related problem.

The property has gotten run down. Garbage strewn about and with air conditioners draining onto the walkways. Our room had a musty smell.

the tv didnt work for 5 days, the refrigerator that was in my room didnt work so my food spoiled, after informing them I had to push the refrigerator out the room myself and push in one from a different room. i didnt even get a full roll of toilet paper for my 7 days stay.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. May be the next time I would prefer a room closer to the elevator. The steps are to much to the 3rd floor... lol

No towels and wouldn't get us towels entire 3 days. Have to park very far from your room. TV was about to fall off wall. Outlets all loose and and half didn't work. Curtains falling down. Cigarette butts covering the ground. Cabinets loose and flimsy and wouldn't hold food.

The hotel was close to highway, had a 7-Eleven right across the street. The front desk lady was very pleasant and helpful.

There was people walking around all time of the night. Guy smoking weed outside uncomfortable. Women offering other inappropriate services very scary. The parking is bad especially for women being that there homeless people walking around the neighborhood.

The air conditioned worked.

The first room we were assigned was disturbingly disgusting. Walls were filthy and the bed had a roach leg. The bathroom was nasty. The next room as soon as you walked in you see a roach dying on the table. The rooms had a weird scent. People running down the hall. The microwaves are rusted. Im sad that people who have no choice have to subject themselves to this type of environment. Street workers strolling through the complex looking for work. It was just horrible.

nothing it was loud and noisy in a bad area and then we find out the next morning that the hotel is putting up homeless people and they said they serve breakfast. It was coffee and a wrapped small muffin.

Yes everything the hotel was run down the room was in bad shape it was noisy upstairs is 1030 at night and kids are jumping up there moving furniture around. Its not a good experience I would really like my money back.
