Staff and location-excellent. Didn't need to drive anywhere. Insta-cart deliveries-great. No living room, but the terrace was a wonderful living room, overlooking the ocean.
Music from Cafe below was loud 10 am-10 pm, but, we got use to it. They did turn it off right at 10 each night

Sitting on the terrace was like being right on the beach! Comfortable outdoor chairs and the view is awesome.
Beds need replaced- no table lamp only harsh overhead lighting. No cutting board & can opener was broken. Bare necessities but Ioceanfront sure is nice.

There's a terrace to sit and view the scenery. Food and entertainment are just a few steps away! I will definitely be back...check-in was a breeze, too!
They offered free beach chairs and umbrellas for use, but previous customers damaged the umbrellas.

Golden Sand Oceanfront was a dream. It has the perfect location (right above my favorite mojito spot), is super clean, and has the friendliest, most accommodating staff. We got to watch the most beautiful sunrises from the balcony. This is the ONLY place we will be staying every time we visit Hollywood Beach. We had access to beach chairs and beach toys for the kids and it was an absolute price. It was also a pleasure to meet the beautiful, full-of-life Viking Queen who was so kind and cleans with so much love and passion. We just can't wait to go back!

Fab location, not a high rise, close to enough nice restaurants and bars.
In bad weather this is not the place to be, nowhere to go or hang out at all other then your room and very exposed to the elements. I also got caught of guard by the large one off fees that made the stay much more expensive then expected. The place has no pool, is extremely bare inside and the kitchenette is not really stocked or set up for use beyond the fridge. WiFi signal was not great and TV signal was poor.

We love it that it was beach front. Everything was close and there was a lot of things to do. There were a lot of happening at the boardwalk, but it was quite in the room. Live music on the boardwalk on the weekend.
We were unluck that there were a lot of seaweed on the beach this season so water was not clear. But we had a good time all the same.

Not a bad thing, but, there is no office. So make sure to get in contact with the hotel before you arrive to make sure you have parking.

Everything done on phone or text, made it so simple no waiting in lines, punch a couple of codes to get in for your security, when you walk down steps your 5’ from boardwalk although steps are short for size 16 shoe, the best thing is the big balcony at least 30 x 30‘ with chairs cushioned overlooking the boardwalk. Great for watching people. Fantastic restaurants, steps away.
The bed wasn’t good, I have a sleep number bed, the room is small but quaint, it’s all about the beach

The location is fabulous! You’re on the Boardwalk next to the ocean, plenty of restaurants and bars, coffee shops, markets for staples, and things to do. The people there are super friendly and helpful with good communication about the property. They provided chairs for the beach and sand toys for the kids. They had no problem storing our luggage after checkout until we left. More towels were readily provided quickly. This place was perfect for us-3 adults and 2 six year-olds. We would stay here again. There’s also a small playground adjacent that the kids enjoyed.
This place is not posh in any way, BUT sleep, showering, refrigerator and microwave are all here.

The location is excellent. It has a deck overlooking the beach which is a perfect place for coffee in the morning. The hotel has only 8 rooms, and was quiet, well-maintained, and comfortable. Our room was small and basic, but absolutely everything we expected and needed for our short stay. There were beach chairs and an umbrella we used each day on the beach. We brought food up to the deck for dinner one night and had a lovely meal as the sun set behind us. It was wonderful. The location was perfect for just strolling the broadwalk, and we could easily catch transportation into the town center. We walked it one day. Far, but walkable. Wonderful place. Highly recommend.
The freezer in the apt. sized fridge was kind of covered in frost, so it was a bit hard to use (to store ice), and the TV was smallish, but those are MINOR things. The staff were wonderful, the place well-maintained.

Perfect location. However, I never met the staff, it was all done be email and that's ok. No office. All done by text message. I did get a call from Amid. He was very nice and accommodating. Had our own parking spot - $20/day.
Better mattresses and pillows. Unit needs renovating, but it had everything we needed.
