It was nice being on the boardwalk, it was clean, updated.
Stayed 3 nights, only got housekeeping 1 day and just left towels in a bag, the next day no towels and ran out of toilet paper. The rooms aren't well insulated, heard noise all night from people. I had emailed several days before about early check-in and got a response the day after I checked in???

excellent location near the beach and restaurants. Although, it was an older hotel, it was very clean. Beds very comfortable.
The people above us kept moving what sounded like furniture continuously. Spoke to the front desk and was told they checked out. Same thing happened that night, glad we only booked two days.

Too noisy. We stayed for 3 days, and every night there were people talking and arguing in the hotel hallway, slamming doors, and talking loudly. There's no phone in the room to communicate with the reception. The corridor lighting seeped through the door, bringing light into the interior of the room. It's not very secure; anyone can enter the hotel. Parking is paid upon check-in, but there's no guarantee of a space, and you have to share it with non-guests, so if you leave, there's no guarantee you'll find a spot when you return. There was a water leak from the shower, and the bathroom floor would get flooded. I've stayed before. It seems like the quality is decreasing with each visit, especially considering the price. Perhaps it's time to look for something better.
