The location was lovely (despite the protests that took place whilst we were there), very central and convenient for our day trips. We stayed on the 28th floor and the cityscape views were great, especially at night. The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was lovely, large, bright, comfortable and very well equipped, with modern decor and furnishings. The pool and gym were great. Lots of spaces to socialise. Self-parking, within the garage, was not too expensive. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

The apartment is spacious and modern design.
Interior decoration has been deteriorating so paint and kitchen appliances start to sag. The carpet in the hallway is dirty and smelly. The whole corridor smells weed smoking.
We arrived a bit late so we asked the male receptionist for some toothpaste but he said not available, one should expect hotels which charge $350/night to supply this. The female receptionist is unwelcome, never smiled or said anything politely. We booked for 5 persons so we expected the sofa bed is set up with blanket and pillow but there’s none. We requested to customer service 5 times, they just promised to bring but never did. We waited until passed midnight still nothing. It created such a nuisance for us since we couldn’t sleep in peace. Extremely bad service and attitude.

Location, kitchen, wonderful view from the 30th level, comfortable, lost of space , balcony, outside sera with terrasse, basketball court, tables, bbq, pool...
Kitchen utensils and basics for meal prep are more than basic (no whisk, spatula, salt n pepper, dish clothes & dish soap, Scott towel and surface cleaner like Windex to maintain cleanliness (they could provide at least a small sample to start). You'll get utensils, plates, glasses and cups,1 frying pan and 2 pots.
Policies for deposit is strange as its calculated per night and not per stay. (like 100$/night...so as I Stayed 5 night they preautorized 500$ , which is a pretty high amount...)

The view from the room.
We booked this hotel because there was some great reviews, now I’m not sure what these people were talking about. Our room was dirty. We constantly found hair throughout the room, the floor and couch were both not clean. It was a very loud too especially at night, you could hear all the traffic roaring through the streets. The floor we stayed in had a gross smell that we smelt from the first day we arrived and it never went away, the trash chute also had rubbish sitting in the trash chute room for multiple days. The location was about 10 minute walk to the subway, not many restaurants close by. At night it didn’t feel safe to walk around the area that the hotel was located. We stayed for 1 week, there is no housekeeping offered unless you stay for over a week, which means we didn’t have clean towels or bedding again during for the whole stay. We also did not have basic cleaning supplies provided in the room to maintain the room ourselves, which was really dissapointed especially when it’s such a exspensive hotel and you are on holidays and you don’t want to be cleaning and doing washing. The pool was beautiful but disappointing that by 4ish the sun was gone and it was in the shade so you definitely couldn’t make the most of the pool unfortunately. Really devastated with how our stay turned out, we were super excited to stay here! But we won’t be back, we hope others have a more pleasant experience.

Apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, spacious and was very well appointed. We particularly enjoyed having a full kitchen with toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher amongst other utensils. It's really handy having a front desk and this was professionally staffed. All my interactions with staff either met or exceeded my expectations. Finally, I enjoyed the view and the balcony.
