This was our first time staying at a smaller hotel, and the experience was exceptional. They were very welcoming and helpful when we arrived. The breakfast was great! Charlie did a marvelous job cooking us breakfast every morning exactly like we wanted it. We will definitely book this place again!

The suite where we stay was great, cool, nice area and quiet like the request. It was all so a place to park the car at the room door. The breakfast is very good, but prepair to be the first on this meal, other wise have to be pacient.
During the night the recepcion is closed.

We really liked the room, it was quite big and very clean, with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was good, there was some dishes and beverages to choose, and the staff was kind. The location was fine, really close to the beach, about 5 minutes walk. We really liked this bed and breakfast and we will definitely come back.

We got a small apartman next to the main building, which was really cute. Despite of the accomodation was really close to the beach and the Ocean Drive, it was very quiet. The employees and the owner was super nice. They prepared the breakfast freshly there, and we could choose between eggs (omlett, fried, scrambled) and pancackes. The bed was really comfy. We highly recommend it :)
The wifi connection was a little bit weak.

Clean, Miami beach is 15 minutes away. Quite
Publix near, small comfortable yard.
My breakfast was included. It is really small choice. Omelets, scrambled eggs, pancakes, orange juice, coffee. Probably it is ok with my price, but choice is not big. Also air conditioner system is not the best. Just old one with no opportunity to change fan speed. So it is noisy if working and to aggressive:)

Great little hotel in a lovely setting inside and out and good location in South Beach. Comfortable room and bathroom, great breakfast made to order, friendly staff and welcome.
We stayed NYE weekend and it was expensive but I guess that is South Beach for you. Otherwise everything is great, nothing to complain about.

I liked the location. The staff were nice especially Carlos. The garden could have been nice to sit in if it weren’t for the mosquitoes . Comfortable bed in the room and good strong shower. Breakfast was nice but not much of a choice. Happy hour was a nice touch
It had a damp smell in the room. Windows didn’t open or with difficulty. Outside of windows were dirty. Some dirt in room around edges of ceiling

It was convenient and the breakfast was good.
The ladies who made the breakfast they didn't understand English, and it was really difficult to communicate with them. There was no daily cleaning service. Also, there was a beautiful yard in the area, but unfortunately, there was no restriction for smoking, which was really annoying for people who didn't smoke.

2 nights in row fire alarm went off at night. Manager was aware about this problem after 1 night but she did not do anything about it and on the next night was the same problem. Emergency lights were blinking so badly, did horrible noise, woke up whole hostel and nobody could sleep.

Location was great. Walking distance to anywhere that you wanted to go to on South beach. Very quite and peaceful. The breakfast good and the hosts nice.
The comforter on the bed was covered with lipstick or something stained in red along with the two robes that were hanging on the bathroom door. Needles to say we didn’t use the comforter or robes. The walls and light chandelier were covered thick dust as well.

Location was great. Walking distance to south beach and many restaurants in the area.
The room was too small and too close to the receptionist. Comforter sheet had red lipstick all over it along with the two robes. The walls and chandelier were covered in thick dust.

The breakfast was good, appreciated having options. Nice garden to relax in.
The B&B is a small house. The room was quite small with barely enough room to open our luggage. The bathroom was clean but the shower was a bit hard to use since the water directly sprays to the shower door. Not much of a sound isolation. Still, one of the cheaper accommodations in the area so can't complain.

The property was nice cozy, the breakfast was really good!!! .Had it out at seven in the morning. The cook was very nice. So nice and clean inside the building patio area was decent.
The Park area didn’t have enough of room luckily we got there early so we was able to get a spot. They didn’t have a pool either. The room were nice, but very small like a box had a fridge in it but no microwave didn’t understand that, it was basic good for the two nights we had. Price was good!!!
