Beautiful condo with a great view. We were surprised at all the updated appliances and stunning decor.
Our only issue was there was no iron available in the room. Unfortunately, we had to purchase an iron at a nearby Ross store which was an inconvenience and took time to find.

Electronic key only worked about 5% of the time, super inconvenient when trying to get in the door or elevator nobody around to help besides front door person who says to contact host which is a email. It took forever to figure out how to work The oven. The place was too techy for me.

The location exceeded expectations. We stayed by a metro which allowed us easy access to a lot of the tourist locations. We were in walking distance of the Bayside Marketplace, the Bayside Park and Kaseya Centre.
I loved my room, especially the bathroom and the view. The view and the massive windows made the condo feel a lot bigger than what it was. We always had excellent light and at night it just set the perfect atmosphere.
Everything has to be done by your host, which is not at the hotel. This really made the process longer because you have to email.
I asked in advance about an earlier check in and late check out due to the time of flight(s). I was given an ambiguous answer but what made it seem like I could rely on it is that they kept checking in saying it was possible. The day of when I was already there, they let me know that it was not possible because someone was checking out. We ended up dragging our suitcases around with us for the whole day to still try make the most of the day as we had arrived at 11am. The same thing had happened with the check out, which was still very frustrating. And they don't offer any alternatives for people with late departures. Luckily, I looked services for people who have late departures which allowed us to check our luggage safely somewhere for a minimum of $10.
The bed is a pull out bed, which is not in the information or pictures provided. My friend and I genuinely had no idea how to pull the bed down. And was genuinely scared to do so because we did not want to be responsible for breaking it. Again, when asking for assistance, the front desk was of no help. Immediately telling you to hit up your host, as different people own the condos. This is not information provided on Booking. com.
We had to pay a cleaning fee of $120 + a security deposit of $300 that will be returned a couple days after departure
I had sent parcels to the location. They were collected by Yotel. When I acquired about them with the receptionist who are our building, she basically made me feel like they were lost. I had to go with the emails, tracking numbers and basically threaten to leave a bad review. The Yotel staff were a lot more accomodating and provided the parcel within seconds. This was maddening because when I asked if it was possible that the Yotel staff may have collected it.

I love how modern the facilities was, good location etc and how it’s self contained. I must also add having a washer and dryer was an added bonus.
I just think before guest arrive a thorough run through of the apartment can be done. We found hair that wasn’t ours so made us wonder if it was really cleaned throughly. Also it will be nice to just have a normal microwave ?

The room had a great location and view.
The room was filthy. There were stains on the sofa, carpet, and beds. The shelves were so dirty that they left our clothes dirty after putting it on the shelf. The customer service was even worse. They did not supply the room sufficient enough for 5 people for 6 nights and refused to restock during our stay.

Nothing good to say. Noisy. No clear explanations on how to use the bed of the second room (which is also a desk).
Criminals. The owners are criminals. The towel hanger, made of plastic, was not fixed on the wall of the toilet. They unlawfully charged me 160 USD for a piece of plastic that should be - but wasn’t - working. They put the blame on me and are withholding part of the value of the deposit that should have been relieved. After requirement, they did not send the proof that the hanger was working: of course, it wasn’t. In synthesis: criminals. Do not stay at this place!

It was contemporary with a well designed layout - functional and maximizing on natural light and partial views
Unfortunately there were issues with the blinds for the duration of my stay. The host was responsive - we were in contact daily during my stay, but that did detract from me enjoying my stay.
The door to the apartment was, to my surprise, quite heavy and slams shut - I did get my fingers caught/injured.

The pool and sky bar were amazing! I like that the room featured a balcony, but the balcony was small (as shown in the pictures, so I expected this!) I LOVED that the room featured a washer/dryer and cooking utensils/a stove. The security of the place was also immaculate.
The tvs did not work, no matter how many times we tried. I was disappointed that there was no parking for our stay, given the price we paid to stay. $45/24hours of parking is a lot when you paid over $1k for a hotel. I wish there was a designated parking area for guests. I was also disappointed that the sheets had stains on them, but luckily it was the under sheet so I didn’t have to sleep directly on it.

It was really clean and everything that is needed was provided. The pool and whirlpool were great and always accessible, the gym too. The bath is really new and nice. Having a wash machine and a dryer is also really convenient.
The cooking field needed really long to heat up and there should be a bigger pan to cook.
