The location is good, very near to city center. Walking distance to river walk.
After my arrival, I told the management that my toilet didn't flush - I had to take off the lid and operate the water tank manually. That had not been taken care of when I left 4 days later. My room was not cleaned during these days nor the bed made.

Everything was perfect accept the breakfast. There were plenty of options BUT the food tasted horrible, the eggs looked like they were sitting in 3 cups of water, waffle batter was very watery and after cooking still a little gooey on the inside, the slices of bread was hard as though it had been sitting out for 3 days, the butter was frozen so could not spread it on anything. And the lady working the breakfast area was always in the way. Coffe was waaaay to strong and i could not tell by the packaging what was regular sugar. This is my only complaint...breakfast.
The breakfast. The bed sheets were scratchy.

Good value no-frills place to stay to explore San Antonio. Easy to find, a bit of a walk from the centre of town but much cheaper than any central options, free parking (which they let us use hours before we could check in), breakfast okay.
The coffee maker in the room smelled like someone had stuck something other than coffee in it... and it was a bit small and flimsy.

All of the staff were super friendly and very helpful. We had many questions about the area and they took the time to help us with everything. Everything was very clean and well kept. The shuttle was a life saver, we never would have been able to drive ourselves into town.
The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The sausage was AWFUL and the ham and cheese breakfast sandwich was a joke. Canadian bacon with american cheese slapped on a hamburger bun and heated until it was hard as a rock. I didn't feel 100 percent safe outside after dark. There were signs that a homeless person could possibly be sleeping there on the side of the building in a little cubby area. Too many people just hanging out in the parking area.

Breakfast was very good. The dinning area is kind of small.
Our air conditioner in room was making a clanking noise throughout the entire stay. I told the ladies in front desk, and one lady offered extra reward points but didn’t sign me up. I would have preferred a discount, but no one made sure I received any compensation. Also, alot of employees wearing scrubs (weird to see in hotel staff) shied away. It would be more comfortable if they would say hello and ask if there’s anything needed.

Good location, with the Mexican Market Square, Alamo and Riverwalk in walking distance - the free shuttle was also helpful rather than walking in the evening. The reception team, particularly Kayla, were very friendly and helpful. Parking is free, and we were able to leave our car there both before and after our stay (we arrived before lunch one day, and then left after lunch the following day).
Breakfast was OK, although not a huge choice.
The bedroom was a decent size, standard facilities for this type of hotel and clean. AC was a bit noisy.
Lots of roadworks around the hotel, which meant a few detours.

The location is great, staff was kind and helped us with the complementary shuttle
The only thing is the walls and doors very thin, you can hear everything such as people passing in hall way and shutting doors and talk of the cleaning staff. I don't think they realize we could hear them

It was clean. Quiet - but we were on the 4 th floor.
Parking ( not enough for large of for all guest ). The grout in our bathroom in 408 was coming loose n when you walked across the floor you could feel it. The breakfast area is free , but definitely not big enough to hold all the guest for this large of Motel. TV would lose signal off n on during a show.
